    Great video! The most important organ in our body is the brain that never shuts off, never takes a break, and is always going. I remember having some issues in the morning when I felt like, I couldn’t fully wake up and have the energy I wanted. Most likely was brain fog, which luckily didn’t last for too long. In my opinion exercises, healthy food and good sleep are the best medication. Thank you so much for making this very helpful video Dr. Zyrowski. I appreciate the time you took to make it for us. Keep up the good work!🙌❤👍

    A couple observations: 1.) Don’t confuse dark, high-quality chocolate with milk chocolate. The latter probably has sugar and other less-desirable ingredients in it.
    2.) I have found that my mental agility/retention responds most positively to some non-nutritional stimuli, such as; a.)making sure I spend some time outdoors each day and b.) engaging in stimulating and meaningful conversation with others as often as I can. A small amount of meditation each day can help, too.
    A good high-fat, non-meat food is tahini paste.
