      It feels SO hard and inaccessible and I struggle with narrowing down to simple questions, BUT… you’re clearing the path thru this quagmire of my thought processes! This was so illustrative that it actually DID feel simple. Thank you for this ‘shot in the arm’ video!

    My brain offered me a new one during that metacognitive journaling… “I’ll be dead before it happens.” Whoa! Good news was that I don’t think I really bought it; the feeling was uncomfortable, but mild and pretty brief. Thanks for walking me through that one!

      I have had those thoughts too. That is only a thought and a thought can be changed. How do we change that thought?
