      What characteristic does turmeric possess that causes the body to treat it as a xenobiotic as opposed to other substances?
      Also, if the side effect of ingesting pepper creates gut- permeability of unwanted substances, wouldn’t the regular ingestion of pepper be detrimental to our health in general? I don’t see how it could be selective just for turmeric.

    Honest question, if it is so good for the cells then why does it get rejected so vigorously to a point where the only way of it making to the cells is by concealing it. Sounds exactly like the body doesn’t want to have to do anything with it in the blood or the cells.

    When I was recovering from a spinal injury and many broken bones, I took so much turmeric that I left yellow pigment on everything I touched. My white clothing, my sheets and pillow case, light switches etc. Didn’t know it would come out with sweat and skin oils. Had to adjust the amount I ingested each day. This stuff really works. This, fasting and removing sugar and grains from my diet. Got most of the good information that I use from this channel.

    This is the BEST video / didactic I’ve ever seen on turmeric. I’ve been trying to optimize absorption for years, with little benefit. As an ex-athlete, now stiff from overuse injuries and back pain, I desperately need this info to increase mobility and regain function. I ordered the product and cannot wait to try it. If it works for me after 30 days, it will become a staple in my supplement protocol.

      Have you ever tried MSM? I’ve noticed relief from chronic lower back pain as well as joint pain in knees and thumb, plus improved energy and more positive, motivated mindset. I recently added creatine, which seems to enhance the benefits.
