Since the 1960s, I’ve been taking vitamins, and I used to dread cod liver oil. However, after starting early morning sun baths and taking Dr. Berg’s vitamins, my blood work results have improved dramatically, allowing me to discontinue my cholesterol and blood pressure medication. I’m 61..no health insurance…last time at the doctor’s was 1983 when I joined the navy. ANYTIME, ANYTHING goes wrong with me I turn to mother nature. I exercise regularly, don’t drink or smoke. No aches or pain, all fluids normal. I eat healthy and sleep soundly! Remember that old saying “you are what you eat”?😏
