The Most Dangerous Sign of Low Testosterone (Don’t Ignore This)

Low testosterone isn’t just about energy, mood, or muscle—it can signal something far more serious.

In this video, we break down the most dangerous and commonly overlooked sign of low testosterone, why it happens, and why ignoring it can put your long-term health at risk.

Low testosterone is often treated as a “normal part of aging,” but that mindset can be dangerous. When testosterone drops too low, it can affect multiple systems in the body, not just reproductive health.

Sugar is just like a cheap bad street drug that messed up so many people’s lives Thank you Dr.berg

The phone is what takes away every drive in the world. Corn, game achievements, lack of exercise, lack of communication, alcohol, grass.

I think I understand what your saying. Quit scrolling and get outside. I think. What I need to do

    • @Drberg on February 17, 2026 at 2:04 pm

Hi! You’re right. Phones, poor diet, inactivity, and other habits can really drain motivation and energy.

    • @vmdenis3350 on February 17, 2026 at 4:53 pm

@tjworker5482 well, put the phone far away and go for a walk between 30-45 minutes and gradually increase the time you can spend outside. In rainy days take a book and read it, try to summarize what you read in a couple of sentences. Cook yourself a meal that takes more than 2 steps (i recommend pancakes).

I made a significant lifestyle change by quitting sugar in 2018 and have seen positive results, including an A1c of 4.9.
I used to be 410lbs with bad health problems ❤ 202 lbs now.

Hi Don! That’s an incredible transformation. Congratulations on your hard work and amazing progress. What a difference you’ve made in your health!

Sufficient sleep is my problem. Years of working 12 hour night shifts has jacked me up. Can only get quality sleep (7+ hours) with sleeping pills which i take every other day or third day. Otherwise, I either can’t fall asleep or get only 1-3 hours.

Adopted the carnivore diet early last month to fix this. Hopefully, I’ll be be healed in a few months at most.😔

    • @DarknessIsPassed on February 17, 2026 at 11:50 am

Maybe you should seek other employment. Don’t let your career choice kill you

    • @bluespiral4678 on February 17, 2026 at 12:14 pm

@DarknessIsPassedhard to learn the skills i need to work a job with better hours due to my sleep issues. Fortunately, this job allows me enough time to learn additional skills I may need.
Not giving up, it just makes it exponentially harder to learn, memorize and internalize information.

    • @Drberg on February 17, 2026 at 1:47 pm

Hi! That’s really tough after so many years of night shifts. Try keeping a very consistent sleep schedule, getting morning sunlight when possible, and keeping your room completely dark and cool. Small steady changes can really add up. Here is a video that might help 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iseMJEZvC1E

Hi! Thank you so much. I’m glad you find the videos helpful and valuable.

    • @Drberg on February 17, 2026 at 1:39 pm

Hi! Yes, sweet caffeinated drinks can really affect mood and energy levels. Cutting back can make a noticeable difference for many people.

  6. @Sidera17 on February 17, 2026 at 12:07 pm

There’s a lot of research coming out that women in perimenopause into menopause are also affected by testosterone levels lowering in the same way, but many doctors won’t prescribe supplements bc there is not enough research. Not all women experience the same loss of drive, but for the ones that do, it can be severe, and it also affects the vaginal and bladder walls, weakening them.

    • @jeanhess9065 on February 17, 2026 at 12:58 pm

I’m a 68 year old woman who is on the Bio-te pellet. It’s inserted under the skin & it’s an estrogen/testosterone combo. Game changer! I snowboard, hike & mountain bike. I feel 20 years younger. 😁💪🏼

    • @Sidera17 on February 17, 2026 at 5:48 pm

@jea@jeanhess9065 That is great news! I’m glad you were able to get the treatment. I find it is difficult for many doctors to understand. I started in my late 30s and it felt like I aged 30 years in a few weeks.

  7. @s.lugger2831 on February 17, 2026 at 12:33 pm

This sounds so familiar. Now I know where this lack of drive and constant tiredness comes from.

I had my testosterone tested recently and mine is fine. But they said my d3 was too high from taking 20,000 ius a day and b12 too high from eating hamburger.

Does lowered ability to get up and go can be attributed to less T for women?

  15. @user-ig6bk6ym3m on February 17, 2026 at 4:34 pm

No ambition, no drive to do anything. This sounds like so many teenagers and young men.
