No, that’s too heavy a dose. I took it, and after 2 months, I regretted it, so I stopped taking it. Now, after 2 weeks, I am feeling good again, and now I only take 4k per day and will reduce it further later

I remember 5 years ago. When I stop eating sugar, it was something about natural flavor that was making me crave sugar after I had already stopped eating it.
This is how I noticed the problem with natural flavors I remember buying different types of organic Stevia but one of them had natural flavors in the ingredients I was using for Keto cookies, keto chocolate avocado pudding and more. But after eating the keto bombs. That old feeling for more came back I remember Dr Berg videos about hidden ingredients especially nowadays with ingredients changing their products at any time. But now I am checking out all ingredients on everything food, drinks and even some vitamins and medicines. Please keep your eyes open for bad ingredients

Ppl with slow COMT should not take that. Just FYI to the highly anxious folks.. You’re likely slow COMT (MET/MET) and this stuff will mess you up. 😅

    • @Gotta-love-47 on October 6, 2025 at 6:07 pm

      @@CMcKay-82What is COMT?

  8. @WeldersforJesus on October 6, 2025 at 11:46 am

For all the internet experts I have a question. If you take that much vitamin D3 every single day at what point can it become toxic? If you get screened specifically for vitamin D3 and find that you have adequate levels should you at that point cut down intake?

    • @runzization on October 6, 2025 at 2:07 pm

This advice here to take 10k IU of Vitamin D is not for everyone.
Get Vitamin D tested. Without supplementation I tested at 60ng/dl which is optimal.
If I were to take this high amount of VitD I’d go Calcification which has many detrimental sides- High BP, blurred vision, lethargy, joint pain, muscle weakness. Get tested.

    • @CMcKay-82 on October 6, 2025 at 2:48 pm

@@runzizationshouldn’t happen unless you have issues with your parathyroids. Get your vitamin D, calcium and pth all checked in the same blood draw.

    • @CMcKay-82 on October 6, 2025 at 2:49 pm

@@runzization is not optimal, it’s satisfactory. 80ng is optimal.

    • @CMcKay-82 on October 6, 2025 at 2:52 pm

Check your D3, calcium, and pth BEFORE supplementing with D3. Also, idk why it’s not mentioned in the video but you need to supplement with magnesium BEFORE D3 as well. If your magnesium isn’t optimal, you can’t absorb D3 well. And K2… There isn’t just one version of K2… Go for the MK4 if you tend to be anxious. The dosing is different for K2 MK4.. Only about 5mg to 10kIU D3.

    • @Cristina_1331 on October 6, 2025 at 3:32 pm

@@CMcKay-82but what about the risc of blood clotting when taking K2 on a long term? How long should we take 100mg daily, together with D3, in order to be safe of blood clotting?

Hello! If you take medication that affects blood thickness, ask your doctor before using K2. They can suggest the right amount for you.
