If it seems that your vitamins are making nerve pain worse, the solution might be simple. Vitamin B6 is vital in neurotransmission, but must be converted to its active form through the liver. Unconverted vitamin B6 can accumulate in the body and affect the nervous system if your liver is sluggish, if you don't have enough bile, or if you’re low in glutathione. Inflammation, high blood sugar, and low magnesium can also inhibit your ability to make this conversion.
Most vitamin B12 supplements contain cyanocobalamin, which is useless unless converted into the active form, methylcobalamin.
Vitamin B1 is vital in supporting the mitochondria and the myelin sheath. Low vitamin B1 is a common cause of peripheral neuropathy.
Vitamins B1, B6, and B12 are water-soluble vitamins, so they can’t easily penetrate the brain and myelin sheath. Benfotiamine is a fat-soluble form of vitamin B1 that can penetrate the myelin sheath to help reverse peripheral neuropathy.
Alpha-lipoic acid is a powerful antioxidant that can help with peripheral neuropathy, support mitochondrial function, and improve insulin sensitivity.

OMG so much stuff. At this point I don’t care, I am just eating good healthy organic foods, and meditate everyday. So many toxins, bad air and water, and stuff in life, plus now we have war. Worrying about all these things will make your health worst!. We need to focus on love, enjoy life, and be careful where we put our attention. Where you put your attention you put your energy like Joe Dispenza says. I prefer to live and love than fear, even if I life a shorter life

He’s very good I’ve been watching him since I’ve been doing keto many many years ago. He’s absolutely right about the cyanide version of B12 it’s what they put in everything that they get over the counter like an energy drinks and all those things the one that he said on the bottom is the better one. I learned about that a few years ago a friend of mine told me that. When people say that he doesn’t know what he’s talking about he does know what he’s talking about!

My best friend died of a B-1 deficiency – she was taking the wrong kind and got Wernike-Korsakoff syndrome and died. When you’re diagnosed too late, it’s too late to supplement with the right type. They blamed it on alcohol consumption, but she only had 1 glass of wine with dinner. It was the wrong supplement. I’m still grieving over such a senseless death, and it was a long time ago.

Myself as a devout Christian believer in Jesus Christ believes Dr. Eric Berg is a man walking in his God given professional calling. There are so many people out of work and can’t afford a doctor and he is such a blessing to this country. I can’t say enough about this man over the years that I’ve followed him he has been such a blessing to me.

I think I will fast more, take some milk thistle…This is too complicated. With all the other vitamin supplements that are said to be needed. Maybe detox slowly first and stick to low carbs and unprocessed.

I literally had generalized muscle twitches so badly for months!!! I thought I was losing my mind, it’s stress, too much caffeine, I couldn’t sleep, deficient in all these nutrients etc…I did blood work and all nutrients normal…so I did SOOO much research and came to the conclusion it was b6 toxicity and it was in my normal daily b vitamins bottle. I stopped all B and most of the twitches subsided almost within the week or two. I still get them frequently but not like it was before!! So glad dr berg did this video to confirm my own research on b6 & 12. Thank you Dr. Berg!! ❤
May I suggest:
Rule out RLS. Sneaky and also toxicity driven. I had full body tremors at my worst. I wanted to die. Thriving now that my metabolism is healthy again. I came back from half past dead 🎉
@sus@susiemiller2621less leg syndrome? What were u taken that’s driving RLS? Thats how I felt! Almost like I wanted to crawl out of my body it was genuinely concerning. I was thinking I had ALS or something making them spasm. But interestingly I noticed when it started but since it was over the holidays I thought it was stress related. I lived 5 months this way until I asked google if there are any vitamins that would cause nerve issues with too much instead of a deficiency and b6 was the first thing. And also what did you do to get yourself back on track? Thank you for sharing I was and still desperate…I’m not 100% yet but significantly better not taking any more B vitamins.
