Shocking, we must read all ingredients of everything we consume.
For many years I’ve had doctors and friends tell me to get weight loss surgery. Because my weight always came back mostly because of hanging out with Friends, coworkers or family. Also not knowing about hidden ingredients in food and drinks and not knowing how to order food the right way. But after learning how to read ingredients and labels weight loss was easier. Going on the road trips was easier and planning my meals I am 5 years of keeping my weight down to 201 lbs Keto diet strong 💪.
Exactly, buying your own meats, fruits and veggies in their natural form and preparing them yourself at home is the solution. If you can grow them yourself, even better. I have a simple mantra, if it has been processed by a human being in any way, keep away. Cook and prepare your food yourself, you will get more control of what is entering your body that way.

All starches feeds leaky gut syndrome. You can use iodine to test if any food has starch in it.
How do you do that?
@@rolandarolle4682 I got my bottle of iodine at the pharmacy. I just asked for it. Iodine comes in a dropper bottle.
At home, using a piece of the food I want to test, I put a drop or two of iodine on the food. If it turns black it has starch in it. You can compare by using a small piece of bread or a starchier fruit like an apple slice. You’ll see how those turn darker.
I am autoimmune and had leaky gut syndrome so, I had to cut all starches out. Some people can still tolerate slightly starchier fruit and veggies, but not me. I healed my leaky gut this way.

Dr Eric Berg is a wonderful doctor but one of the images he showed as a description of belly fat was a pregnant woman laying on a sofa😳 what does a pregnant woman have to do anything with belly fat??? being pregnant is not having belly fat.😳
All I eat is meat, bacon & eggs, butter, black beans, red beans, kidney beans, seafood, coffee and water. Also I eat beef and calf liver twice a week. Beans have carbohydrates, but are not industrially processed.
You should eat some veggies, almonds/nuts and good quality olive oil too
@@hcab14I eat olive oil everyday. I also every so often eat spinach and walnuts. I like those better than almonds. But daily I eat fat and protein. Liver twice a week too.

My great health at 74 is due to this man Dr Berg. Thank you Sir!! I ve never had disease in my body. Over the yrs I’ve modified my exercise routine for my age group. Stretching yoga walking lt weights real food kept as close to the original form. Lots of good water. No plastics Teflon. Use cast iron. Thank you a million times for your dedication to health!!
