Why not put a video about (shaolin monks)’s body for the next video
how they could get that intersting power?
Why their bones will not break when is hit by a thick stick
How their bodies can withstand all the trauma?
why they do not fell pain?

Regular beef is almost as good as grass-fed. Just supplement with Arctic cod liver oil or a good omega 3 supplement to offset the omega 6-to-omega 3 imbalance that comes from grain-fed cows.

    • @Peaches.2187 on April 28, 2025 at 11:30 am

Why offset bad meat with a supplement? Just buy grass fed beef.

    • @ProfessionallySingle on April 28, 2025 at 4:00 pm

@@Peaches.2187 It’s not bad meat, and some people can’t afford grass finished, and some of us don’t like the taste of grass finished. I’ve completely turned my health around eating ONLY grain finished beef.

  5. @niceblkbro82 on April 28, 2025 at 11:11 am

This is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. If more people realize this fact, they would be in better shape. We don’t need vegetables, wheat, grains, seed oils, starts, process and refined sugars, corn, or soy to thrive. In fact, if we could do away with those things all together, we would definitely be on the road to better health. All I eat is just animal products from quality sources and a little bit of fruit and herbs. Everything else I can do without.๐Ÿ˜Š

    • @ProfessionallySingle on April 28, 2025 at 3:54 pm

I don’t even eat fruit as I don’t tolerate it, and only use herbs occasionally. A good 99% of my diet is just meat, fish, eggs, and some limited low carb dairy. For meat I eat mostly beef, but occasionally I’ll have pork or chicken, and that’s when I’ll use the herbs. For beef, fish, and eggs I use only salt.

Grass Fed meet is the best the only problem is hard to get the real thing these days and if you do alot more expensive,,

Grass fed can be expensive, but also cheaper than health problems . I been buying from Aldi and walmart .

    • @stonegod95 on April 28, 2025 at 3:19 pm

Even healthier and maybe even more expensive would be to buy it local. So then they would transport it to your house in a big box.

    • @nataliefluckiger6568 on April 28, 2025 at 3:47 pm

I buy grass fed from walmart too!

    • @wizard8437 on April 28, 2025 at 4:09 pm

Hereโ€™s the thing, you donโ€™t need grass fed or specific types of foods to balance out your health if you took care of yourself properly

What if you have kidney or liver issues like fatty liver it’s so hard to distinguish what foods actually helps you

    • @ProfessionallySingle on April 28, 2025 at 3:59 pm

A low carb, high fat diet full of beef (and other meats if you want them), or even a diet of ONLY meat, fish, and eggs will absolutely reverse kidneys issues and fatty liver.

I’ve heard from so many people who had reduced kidney function and when they switched to a carnivore diet their kidney function improved. And it’s lots of sugar and carbs that cause fatty liver as well, so cutting the carbs will help a fatty liver, full stop.

You can keep in the low carb vegetables if you want them. They’re not needed from a nutritional standpoint, but most people will tolerate them fine. I’m not one of those people and have to avoid them.

  17. @ProfessionallySingle on April 28, 2025 at 4:02 pm

I don’t like grass finished, nor does it fit in my budget. But for almost four years I’ve been eating a carnivore diet of only grain finished beef and my health has completely turned around. I do take a fish oil supplement (have for years) and occasionally have some cod liver along with all of the cod liver oil in the container, so maybe that makes a difference, but I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to eat grass finished if it doesn’t work for your budget or your taste buds.

  19. @Sweetypiesugarlove on April 28, 2025 at 5:52 pm

Make sure itโ€™s 100% grassfed as the others say grass fed but it only means they are led out to eat grass at least once in their lifetime!!! Just learned that from a professor

  20. @dianeschroeder5882 on April 28, 2025 at 7:08 pm

I love you, Dr. Berg! Your videos are so clear and helpful. I started using apple cider vinegar and intermittent fasting and lost 4 lbs in about 9 days. But I donโ€™t eat meat. That hunk of protein was walking around and having a life just a few days ago. Havenโ€™t eaten meat in 35 years. Just canโ€™t do it. ๐Ÿ˜ขโค
