Bless you – busy mind. I curate my social media, I only have YouTube and WhatsApp and I only follow people I think are authentic and uplifting. I miss out on a lot by not being on other platforms but I gain so much also. Go for a walk, hug your cat, read a trashy book. I hope you feel better xxx
Oh I totally agree! I also curate my social media and it generally feeds me mountains, nail art and baking which I love but the unavoidable sneaky stuff that creeps in is increasing! I feel although I don’t actually spend much time on SM I’m still more and more jaded by it and I think a lot of people feel the same! Love that you’re in such a good place with it 🙌🏻💕… I’ll go give Hugo a hug (although he’ll probably reject me 😂😂) xx

Righty, all these people who have “made it” never talk about failure. Failure is strength! There is no success without failure! If you’re not failing then you’re not doing it right. As for social media, I’ve so far found 2 creators that are unique and real (you are 1). So don’t get wrapped up in them. Work on your own peace and authenticity. And make sure your fit in something that’s “just for you”…. take it easy beautiful soul ✨️

Do you meditate? Or maybe look up activating your vagal nerve, getting out of the fight or flight and into the rest and digest part of your nervous system
Had they not pushed me out of the airplane I would never of been part of the Parachute Regiment. So sometimes you need people to push you out of the plane.

My husband is alot like you, he takes some adaptagens to help keep it toned down a bit
