I’ve been going to the gym, walking/running three miles a day without fail, and I’ve been feeling a lot better and doing a lot better in general. Thanks for making the videos and sharing information about health with us! It really helps!
Thanks for sharing. I’m having less issues and no PMS since I take herbs to regulate hormons. Wild Yams, pomegranate extract, etc.
Honestly my biggest struggle is that when I do have bad body image days, the thought is “this is what I actually look like because it varies so much how I perceive myself so this has to be true” which is in itself flawed but so hard to ignore
