    Thank you for this short. I think it’s ridiculous that some are disappointed that you are not making any “new” workouts. You have so many that there is literally no chance of getting bored…seriously. 😉

      Oh my goodness, you remember that one?? I think the only way to moderate it would be to spread it out over a week or two. 🤣🤣🤣 (Also, it’s good to see you, my friend! Hope you’re well!)

    I tried it! Slightly more than moderate for me….but my arms ached this morning!! (However, it felt good that I was pushed a bit more- I feel conflicted because it wasn’t moderate but felt good to do so should I be pushing myself a bit more??)

    So you are not putting out brand new exercise videos? If we want to continue exercising with you has to be your previous or old videos?
