Thank you for this short. I think it’s ridiculous that some are disappointed that you are not making any “new” workouts. You have so many that there is literally no chance of getting bored…seriously. 😉

I tried it! Slightly more than moderate for me….but my arms ached this morning!! (However, it felt good that I was pushed a bit more- I feel conflicted because it wasn’t moderate but felt good to do so should I be pushing myself a bit more??)
I LOVE your workouts especially the ones that are a month long. They’re so easy to just repeat month after month. Thank you for doing them!!

Oh boy, I could feel my upper arm muscles for days after that workout
So you are not putting out brand new exercise videos? If we want to continue exercising with you has to be your previous or old videos?
