I’m so tired of Big Pharma and doctors lying to you. Literally makes me sick. I drive by a billboard today on my way home from church promoting 💉 for babies. Sickening…

You’re told to get medications and potions but never told about the core essentials your body needs to thrive. You are never told about key minerals and nutrients from the earth that your body needs to fight off viruses.

Instead, your lied to.. told to be scared.. told to hide in your home… everything you have been told is the antithesis of what is true. Some of it is out of deceit to make money (pharma profited over 100 billion last year) some is out of stupidity.

At the end of the day, you thrive when your body has what it needs to function properly. Some foods that are loaded with zinc include red meat, shellfish, legumes, and seeds.
