FOR GASTRITIS, He said to take ZINC CARNITINE (or Carnosine? 🤔)
and before breakfast drink daily CABBAGE JUICE (any of them, but organic).
this info is in some of dr Berg’s videos.
it is said that Aloe Vera Gel swalowed directly or in juices will help also.
FOR GAINING WEIGHT msny people use CREATINE and some docs in youtube said it’s very safe, but do your research❤
Hello there! Thanks for asking. There are many different causes of gastritis. The most common is a bacterial infection, such as Helicobacter pylori. This bacteria is found in the stomach and can cause inflammation and erode the lining of the stomach. Here are other causes and recommendations 👉 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5jVdzs_Xd7I
Weight gain? Since you didn’t say you were doing keto, have you tried eliminating sugar and cutting down on carbs? To 20-40 grams of carbs a day?
@@paolac.1678Thank you. I will definitely try these.
@@DrbergThank you Dr. Berg. Helicobacter pylori was negative.
I very much appreciate your videos.
Yes I have cramping in the calves & yes I know how to resolve the problem thanks to you!
You are most welcome, John! Glad it helps!
I now take one scoop of powdered Magnesium Citrate in water before bed. I rarely get muscle cramps anymore.
@@eddysgaming9868 I will look for that product. I take the pill but did not know that a powdered magnesium was available. Thanks!
@@Drberghow much magnesium is too much? Im around 70kg.
@@eddysgaming9868 do u get them around you body i get them everywhere like a weird pulse i think my magnesium is low
Its truly odd how your videos w the exact info I need at the moment seems to pop up. Just this morning my granddaughter was asking why her feet were itchy in the bottoms. I’d say my phone was just listening but I i had it on airplane mode when we were talking about it. Here it is later and I just turned my phone back on and this video pops up.. haven’t gotten a notification for your videos in months. It’s freaking weird.
Its still listening trust me. Happens to me too
It is still listening!
@@crazyratlady3438 You can save them to your phone too for future reference. Or to share it with someone else. ✌️

You’re absolutely welcome!
This dude is the GOAT. I actually have a health sciences degree and STILL learn new things about nutrition from him because our education on it is so poor, even at the college level.
@@soilent9618 I agree. Priceless information.
They don’t want Dr.s/ dietitians/ nurses to know about your body and how to cure it with nutrition. They want you to push drugs. Dr.s are glorified drug dealers.
These could also be a sign of peripheral vascular issues that should addressed.
Insulin resistance.
Thank you Dr. Berg for all of your wonderful information 🌹🙏
I was wondering if you know what causes a plantar wart on the side of foot?
Is there a supplement to take to get rid of that?
There’s homeopathic remedies that can. If I say what, I’ll go to yt jail. Look into it.
THIS ONE MOST AMAZING DOCTOR IN THIS WORLD
The best doctor in the world, each time i go to the doctor, im the one telling the doctor what im suspecting and after some tests the doctor is always shocked how i knew what might be wrong . Watching this Doctor helped me a lot especially on vitamin deficiency
I hope you know, you are saving many lives! Thank you Dr Berg

Always appreciate you..

You are appreciated as well. Thanks again, Valerie!
I had huge problems with pain in my feet after walking and the healthcare sent me to a physio therapist who was covinced it was plantar fasciitis. Not even once they considered it being something else and I trusted them as proffessionals. When he had given up I had a heart attack two weeks later. One to two months later after they opened the blood vessel up around the heart, the pain in my feet were completely gone and has not come back since it happened 4,5 years ago.
