Discover 5 warning signs of various diseases that you should never ignore. Stop disease in its tracks by learning to identify these critical symptoms (chronic fatigue is #1).

Overview of Healthy Keto® and Intermittent Fasting:

0:00 Introduction: Don't ignore your body’s warning signs!
0:36 Chronic fatigue
2:15 Sudden weight loss
2:44 Persistent weakness
3:04 Chronic diarrhea
3:47 Persistent stomach pain

In this video, we’re going to talk about 5 warning signs you definitely shouldn’t normalize!

1. There are many reasons for chronic fatigue, including the following:
•Anemia (Low B12 or iron deficiency)
•Low vitamin B1
•Tick bites
•Liver disease
•Heart disease
•Autoimmune disease

Vitamins will not have a significant impact unless you correct your diet. Although unlikely, there’s a chance that chronic fatigue could be related to something more serious like cancer.

2. Sudden weight loss is associated with hyperthyroidism, type 1 diabetes, Addison’s disease, and parasites.

3. Persistent weakness can be caused by anemia, sodium deficiency, low magnesium, low potassium, and low vitamin E.

4. Diarrhea is usually caused by food poisoning or food that your body doesn’t agree with, but chronic diarrhea is different. Chronic diarrhea can be caused by the following:
•Low zinc
•Poor diet

A potent probiotic taken for a long time can often help fix this problem.

5. Persistent stomach pain usually subsides when you improve your diet and eliminate junk food. If this doesn’t work, you could have a gallstone or kidney stone. Persistent stomach pain can also be caused by SIBO, a condition where bacteria is in the small intestine instead of the large. Intermittent fasting, garlic, and betaine hydrochloride can help.

Appendicitis, parasites, and ulcers can cause persistent stomach pain. Gallbladder sludge can back up into the pancreas and cause pancreatitis and stomach pain. The best remedy for bile sludge is TUDCA. Rarely, persistent stomach pain could mean cancer.

1:06 “The vitamins will NOT work for various symptoms UNLESS you correct the diet”. That’s the hard truth that is making a difference for me. Thank you so much !!

But even if you correct your diet, if you have a sluggish liver and poor bile flow – even the best organic food won’t help you. Your body simply won’t be able to extract all the nutrients from that wonderful food. First thing that needs to be corrected is bile flow along with dietary changes. Artichoke leaf extract for better flow.

All you have to do is find a doctor. Whether allopathic or naturopathic. Someone that is a knowledgeable professional. And lastly, prioritizes the “well-being of their vulnerable patient. Good luck. There won’t be many out there.

    • @ateachableheart2649 on June 4, 2024 at 4:53 pm

Almost impossioble now sinc3e Codvid. I’ve gone4 through 5 gastro docs and about as many primary care docs due to either their ineptness or no answers or they have left the practice. It’s just awful now. And try to get a specialist??? They’re either not taking new patients, not returning calls or appointments are so far out when you need some help failry quick…not ER or Urgetn care quick you understand, but not 4 months out either.

After reading about 14 of the Cell Membrane Organelles, I’m starting to realize how wrong both my Father’s diagnosis and my diagnosis of ADHD were so WRONG! The amazing job of mitochondria, powerhouses of the cell, produce ATP through cellular respiration. Healthy lifestyle, the least amount of toxic/drug exposure as possible, no sugar consumption, and a wife who shares the same values seem to be exactly what the mitochondria need to continue producing EXTREME ENERGY ❤ HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAY, Y’ALL! 🫵 SPECIAL! 🙂

  8. @linden5576 on June 4, 2024 at 12:30 pm

👍🙌🙌 you’re exactly correct, I’ve had doctors actually tell me that before! They would say, “we can give you this medication, but do you want to be on this the rest of your life?”.
No, I’m 63 years old and I’ve only heard one doctor told me that other than you right here in this video. Doctor patients with medication because that’s what patient want. !!! they want to help them NOW!

TUDCA and ox bile have been working wonders for my gallbladder issue!

Also, the B2 vitamin intake has been helping with migraines!

  11. @janerichards3868 on June 4, 2024 at 12:38 pm

I had sudden weight loss that doctors ignored. I live in Canada, enough said. I expelled worms accidentally after consuming castor oil for constipation out of desperation. Fortunately this happed in the US so went to doctor there and was prescribed ivermectin and Albendazole. A month later I gained ten pounds without diet change. Parasites should be taken seriously.

wow! That’s quite a story. Glad you figured it out. During my research on ivermectin for the ‘vid I started taking it proactively for parasites. Once a year feels like a good maintenance to me.

#1 chronic fatigue (could be anemia etc) – fix your diet with protein for breakfast
    #2 sudden weight loss
    #3 persistent weakness
    #4 chronic diarrhea
#5 persistent stomach pain (fix your diet)

  15. @user-zm1rq6xj9v on June 4, 2024 at 2:16 pm

@Dr. Eric Berg – I lived abroad in Asia for many years, ate their diet. Stopped eating potatos chips, junk foods, etc. Even greatly reduced my sugar consumption. Man it feels so good to not be eating that garbage anymore. I can’t even make myself eat that stuff.

    • @Drberg on June 4, 2024 at 4:46 pm

Very well done, keep up the good work!

  16. @katypettinger8674 on June 4, 2024 at 3:17 pm

I tell so many people to ask that last question. Then I just bluntly say, that it is in your ability to look at the alternatives and decide whether you want to do something about it. Dr.s know drugs, they don’t know nutrition. They don’t prevent problems, they “clean up” the evidence of the mess.
I had a family member who is on blood pressure medication slowly start lowering the blood pressure (through diet and exercise) and I told them to keep a journal, because if you end up getting your blood pressure normalized it could be dangerous to take medication your body no longer needs. Of course they are now no longer eating healthy and exercising so they are still on the medication. But the example shows it is possible. But you have to be willing to put in the effort instead of reaching for the easy “garbage” food.
Thank you for you videos Dr. Berg!!!
As always, they are very informative! 💪

Lots of doctors are seduced by attractive saleswomen from pharmaceutical companies for assigning drugs to their patients.
I work in healthcare and every time the pharmaceutical companies send someone to educate doctors and staff about drugs it’s a very beautiful female.

KALE really helps balance my body. I wish I loved it. It’s ok tasting when I blend it with blueberries or bananas and filtered water in my Vitamix. It helps minimize/correct a lot of my issues. That slight addition to my diet (1-2 cups of kale daily), works wonders. Wish it tasted a bit better but the feeling better from ingesting it is the reward.

  18. @jans8139 on June 4, 2024 at 4:28 pm

As a woman, my symptoms of chronic fatigue were ignored for years by doctors. I had sudden weight loss of over 3.5 stone in 3 months, stomach pains, diarrhea on and off, took five years to finally get diganosed with celiac disease. I was unable to work for 4 of those years and saw many drs and specialists & had investigations no answers, I was told by one ” You’re a woman with kids, of course your tired and stressed!” I finally found a doctor who listened and diagnosed celiacs within 15 mnutes of listening to my history and symptoms. Followed a Low carb/keto diet and dramatic improvement within weeks! So glad this information is provided for all who cannot find a decent dr! Thanks

    • @Rosie_C on June 4, 2024 at 5:59 pm

Wow! Stories like yours make me so thankful for my easy diagnosis. I had severe joint pain, weight loss, stomach issues, extreme fatigue, and more… My two best friends convinced to me to go off gluten for 2 weeks and that’s all it took for me to realize I probably had celiac disease. (My grandma had it and I am just like her, and when I googled the symptoms I had most of them.)

  19. @truescotsman4103 on June 4, 2024 at 4:35 pm

I have all of these symptoms intermittently and mixed consistently for about 20 years now.

  20. @reformedrevan7776 on June 4, 2024 at 5:10 pm

This just goes to show that your GUT is the source of so many problems. I was never taught this. Everyone just ate what tasted good. Now my colon is messed up, but now healing.
