Thank you, thank you for educating !
Happy to share valuable information. Thanks for watching!
Do we take the vitamin with vitamin C to be absorbed better or alone?

@@Drberg
B@@lillyc6527it’s vitamin K. Got that from another channel by an endocrinologist and our good Dr. Berg here -I think, has another about overdosing on Vit. D. So better get the science right.
Living in the west with lack of sunshine and poor diet. Yep
I stay outside every single day, as I love the great outdoors, and enjoy my immense landscaping projects. I get plenty of vitamin D from our natural resource, the sun.
Same
Up mighty early aren’t we doc? Anyway I’ve been taking your vitamin D3/K2 supplements with electrolytes for about two months. My hair is turning back black from grey! Thank you!
Wow!
wow, that’s incredible!
Dr Berg provides really good & useful information as usual!👍
I’m glad I could assist you.
Thank you, always!
You got it! Thanks for watching!
Thank you. You are so invaluable. I just purchased your Vitamin D3/K2…really the only brand I trust.
Thank you for the support!!
Been listening to you for a short time. Have learned a lot. Thank you! ( this one hit me on EVERY symptom)!
That’s great! I’m happy to hear that you have been learning.
Make sure you get d3 with k2, it helps absorption!
@@franchescawetter8423 correct and learned that from Dr Berg!
The RDA’s need to be rewritten by actual nutrition experts.
Or the testing threshold, 50 they say is normal, but we need to be 75.
Nah. You just need to know that they are false.
I had chronic fatigue brain fog, muscle and joint aches. I would cry to my husband telling him I felt like I was even going depressed. Turns out I was low on vitamin D I’ve been taking it ever since and it all went away. Remember it’s not a vitamin it’s a Hormone!
where did you bought yours pls
Isn’t taking hormones bad?
@@suraqah9939 your local pharmacy or even online. Look at his other videos where you should take Vitamin D with magnesium to help with absorption.
@@suraqah9939 dr berg has a website for his it’s really good and he opened a store on Amazon so it delivers fast. Read the label it has everything in it!! So less bottle usually you need for magnesium than what’s in his. He adds only enough to help facilitate the d.
I started having health problems when I lived in Alaska. Vitamin D had cured just about everything.
I am happy to hear that!
Everything like what
How much did you take a day?
Which one do u take ?
@@jenniferibarra7737dr berg has a good one with all the necessary components. Recently suggested someone use it and she recovered her d levels really well! Test every 6 mos.
Yes,we know that. Fortunently we live in South Greece, that mean more than 360 days under the sun therapy 😊
That’s great, I’m in Australia and love the warm seasons. Just got to be careful to avoid getting skin cancer. There are certain times of the day when UV rays are strongest. I use sunscreen and cover up, but other times, enjoy the outdoors 😊
I’ve dealt with inflammation just about everywhere for years constantly moving to new areas. Got my diet in check which helped certain things. Now I started supplementing D3 and hoping to feel the difference
God bless you Dr. Berg! Thank you for saving lives every day!❤
I was tested real low D. I ignored my doctor’s recommendation. I got Shingles that triggered Sjogrens Syndrome (autoimmune disease). Now I take 10k D3, k2/mk7, zinc, omega 3s, and high potency multiple vitamin/minerals. I quit a vegan diet to Dr Berg’s Keto modified (no dairy, no nuts, no artificial sweeteners). Now doing a BBBE carnivore for 90 days to slowly reincorporate vegetables not having any reactions to.
Did you have any issues reincorporating meat into your diet?
What vegetables have you been able to tolerate adding back in? I found some small amounts of plain avocado are ok
No. It felt as though my body was starved for meat when I was plant based a few years ago. Vegetables are toxic to most people. I had a hard time being on just carnivore ( fatty meat, bacon, butter, & eggs) for the first 7 weeks. At the end of 3 months in addition to meat, if I still don’t feel great, will add back slowly non oxalate vegetables one ate time to see if my body reacts negatively.
@@living2day617 interesting! Thanks for the reply. 🤙🏼
@@living2day617yes read about oxalates, and so nany people have green smoothies with spinach, and cacao is high to.
Absolutely. Thanks for listing it out.👍🙏
You are welcome!
My vitamin D3 is over 100 ! According to my lab results. I feel fine , I was in the lows 30’s a few years ago and my immune system feels better, I try to implement the protocol that a doctor in Brasil is doing for autoimmune diseases. Thank you Dr Berg . I keep watching your show every Friday
Thank you Dr Berg. I’m really blessed that I found your videos. God bless you and your team.
I suffer from most of the symptoms you describe…I neglected my health for long because I didn’t care if I lived or died…but I found the strength to get better and push past it. Recently did a blood test and the doctor said my Vitamin D is less than half what the bare minimum should be…the normal range is 75-250 I was at 30…she put me on prescription Vitamin D which is 50 000 units per tablet once a week. I noticed a difference in my very first pill that I took.
You have a very good doctor; most doctors think that range is too high when in fact it is optimal.
Bless you so much! My doctor wouldn’t listen and when mine was found it a 9
@@Scorp_io vitamin d3 should always be taken with k2 to direct calcium into the bones and not arteries, joints or cause the form of bones spurs. It’s great your doctor knows you need d however never seen a scale up to 250. It’s usually 30-90ng. Getting it above 50 can be tough. 60/70 is optimal. Also this is an antiquated scale. I actually looked to see if they updated the scale to 250 first bc it’s been argued for eons. The scale was developed in the 60s but they were not able to measure blood serum levels until the 90s. So it’s always been questioned.
Also the prescription is d2. There’s a big difference between d2 and d3. The sun doesn’t make you toxic but supplements especially synthetic can. It also should be taken with magnesium to facilitate the d. Low magnesium can cause a host of issues insomnia just being one. Dr berg makes a blend of this and other components to increase absorption. It has MCT a fat to increase absorption and ox bile to also break down fats for absorption. Good studies on this info and how it helps the body. Every cell has a vitamin d receptor that tells you how important it is. Also it affects every system of the body! You notice a positive effect right away and it will continue
@@Scorp_io ps also if you have any medical conditions like auto immune or lung etc your body will have a high demand for d and raising it can be difficult
