    Take 10 thousand IU s a day. Walk,bike, and use stretching bands. I’m just an 81 yr old juvenile 😅😅😅

      @@elenarotestan5823 10k UI should normally not be an issue. With sufficient K2, the vitamin D limits are much higher than 10k UI.

    I’ve suffered with psoriasis most of my life. Since I’ve started taking 15,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily along with vitamin K2 for the past 4 years, my psoriasis has not come back. 👍Thank you Dr. Berg.       Glad that you have got rid of psoriasis.
      But many especially Doctors say, prolonged intake of V-D3 effects kidneys badly in the long run & may also lead to Kidney stones. I used to take 1pill of 60,000 IU per Week before I knew this & thereafter reduced the intake. Now, im giving 4 weeks gap after continuous usage of 10Weeks, to let the value of V-D3 settle down & reduce burden on Kidneys. May be ur from a cold country but still prolonged intake of 15,000 IU/Day might burden ur kidneys. Request you to understand these health hazards of V-D3.

      You may already know this and just didn’t mention it but just in case you don’t, be sure to up your magnesium glycinate with that higher dose of vitamin D…magnesium is a cofactor to vitamin D and if you don’t have enough magnesium some of that vitamin D is not able to work and wasted! I use a balance of 400 mg of magnesium glycinate to every 10,000 IU’s of vitamin D. If anything changes in bowel movements you may need to tweak the balance that is right for you but this works for me.

      he does in many of his other videos. start with 10,000IUs and see how you feel. theen go up from there. my low back pain disappeared when I hit 15,000. I now take 20,000 per day and after seeing this, I may up it again to 30,000 and see how I feel.

      Start with a blood test giving your level.absolute lowest numbers are 50 in winter and 70 in summer ( newest standards) i would aim for them being 85 -100 all year round.

    I remember being in so much pain that I just stayed in bed dealing with doctors who first thing they are saying I need to give you a shot of steroids. Knowing that shots like that not good for Heart patients, I had more Nurses tell me Please never take a steroid injection from any doctor’s or hospital .
