I consume lots of collagen but still have many of these things. 😐 i think even though I have many of the things it could be worse if I didn’t consume collagen.

I’m pretty much pescatarian, I can’t eat dairy or meat, can’t eat the skin. Ick. Maybe in sardines in a recipe. I eat eggs pretty often. Never have had issues with any of these things in my 50’s. Minimal normal wrinkles.
We drink a lot of broth in our home! Learned from my great grandmother! She’s been gone for over 20 years, but I sure do wish I learned more from her! She always looked younger than her age and moved like she never had pain!
@brandijacobs13, your grandma sounds like me, doctors keep telling I have arthritis, since about 2014. I don’t have any great pain yet, just a mild discomfort in my hip every now and then, when a cold front is coming thru. A heating pad takes care of that in 10 minutes. I’m 79 yr.old and everybody kepts telling me to slow down, especially when I’m walking. Just to let u know there’s people out there who are old, like me and still go,go,go. Have a good day.
