❤ Since 1998 I’ve been dealing with back and shoulder pain going to physical therapy off and on but after learning how to do fasting the right way. Because I was drinking tea and black coffee with organic stevia and also eating heavy meal after 18/6 . But after doing fasting right Most of my health problems got better 90% to 95 % better My cardiologist couldn’t believe my LDL cholesterol numbers, my physical therapist freaked out how my shoulder and back got better. Foot doctor got very mad because he wanted to Do surgery on me,others things like TMJ, pinched nerve, flat feet and etc. Only thing that Keto diet couldn’t do was cataracts Thanks to Dr Sten Ekberg YouTube channel and Dr Eric Berg and most importantly the Lord Jesus for everything. Amen❤

    • @Aregak-q4f on July 18, 2025 at 11:42 am

👍👍 K2 vitamin (natural) supplement may help with the cataracts or prevent it from worsening, as it directs the calcium flow in the body.

    • @CookChef-oz4bc on July 18, 2025 at 1:40 pm

      Keto fasting very beautiful❤

    • @CClay-kn9lm on July 18, 2025 at 2:52 pm

I’ve heard that caster oil is good for dissolving cataracts. Put a drop on eyelids at night. Make sure it is hexane free and organic in a dark bottle. (This is not medical advice. Do you own research.)

That fact that our kidneys filter the equivalent of 400 water bottles of fluid every single day, silently, without us ever thinking about it, is just absolutely staggering. We take our bodies for granted so much. This video isn’t just about avoiding bad habits; it’s a profound reminder of the miracle of biology and a call to respect the incredible work our organs are doing for us 24/7. It changes your relationship with your own body. Thank you Dr. Ekberg for sharing this perspective with us. ❤

  7. @Marcin79W on July 18, 2025 at 1:03 pm

Thank you for the video! My close family has a history of kidney disease and Wegener’s granulomatosis. When I started experiencing similar symptoms, I was worried it might be genetic. But thanks to your videos, I began to consider that it could be related to diet and lifestyle instead. After switching to a low-carb diet months ago — sometimes even close to keto — those initial symptoms have reversed. I still need lab results to confirm, but I can already feel the difference. Meanwhile, a family member who hasn’t made any changes in diet is still showing poor lab results. Thank you for everything — you’re a legend!

Hey Doc. Straight up I’ll admit, I have never been to medical school, but I can tell you what happened with me. I did have high blood pressure and took medication to control it for years. Every time I tried to stop taking my medication for HBP it would go back up. Then back in March I began leaning heavily toward eating the carnivore diet after seeing the results that Kerry Mann on Homesteadhow had from the carnivore diet. Doc, in one month I stopped taking my HBP medication and monitored my pressure. To my surprise and joy my BP was normal and continues to be so. Also, I believe I am eating more salt than ever, not less. PLEASE do more research into the benefits of a carnivore diet. More people need to know. Thanks Doc

    • @homomorphic on July 18, 2025 at 2:59 pm

This is not at all surprising.

High blood pressure is caused by fructose poisoning (uric acid pathway). A strict carnivore diet eliminates fructose, therefore no fructose poisoning, therefore no hypertension.

Of course, you don’t need to eat meat, you just need to eliminate fructose.

I was also on hypertensives, I eliminated fructose (I am vegetarian ) and now my BP is 100/70 and I take no medications of any type.

    • @suntzu3572 on July 18, 2025 at 3:28 pm

Böbrekler de hasar durumu nasıl, fark nedir???

    • @Terry-b5p on July 18, 2025 at 3:49 pm

@suntzu3572 Good question. The answer is there is no kidney damage, for the damage is caused by the high blood pressure but since blood pressure returns to normal on a carnivore diet even with increased salt intake, the salt itself is not causing damage. On the carnivore diet your body heals. The best part is its simplicity. Eat meat, repeat. Research channels to start is Dr Ken Berry and Homesteadhow. It is quite literally INCREDIBLE. May you find healing and great health on your carnivore journey ❤👍

I started eating no carbs, less than 30gr a day, eating clean meats and eggs, and a few leafy vegs, No processed crap, and dropped blood sugar/ A1C right down to 5 from 6.9 in 4 weeks. No sugar in all states, except a few blueberries/rasberries/strawberries.
I never controlled healthy fats from clean beef, chickens, fish, eggs, and some pork.
Last all possible test on heart were all excellent at 70 yrs.
Kidneys and liver all excellent. Blood pressure rarely above 120/50, usually around 115 to 120/70 to 80.
Working on better better sleep now.

  17. @marksirota3153 on July 18, 2025 at 4:48 pm

Dr. Ekberg, I have been watching your videos for years. I was in your pilot class regarding bloodwork a few years ago, and I have ordered blood work through your website a few times as well as consulting with Dr. Tice. I take Eulyte daily as well as follow a low-carb high fat diet. My metabolic numbers show that I am very insulin sensitive, and other markers are also relatively good with the exception of eGFR which has now slipt below 90. I am 68 years old and wondering if there’s something else I can do to bring the number back to over 90?

I left the U.S. and moved to a small mountain village in Southern Ecuador 🇪🇨 next door to a health food/organic restaurant.
    It cured everything for me.😊

What is the name of the village?

  20. @thisorthat7626 on July 18, 2025 at 5:53 pm

I asked my doctor for a HOMA-IR blood test and she said she had never heard of it. I explained what it was and she still denied my request. I asked for a fasting insulin test, she denied that. But she is worried about my A1c. Go figure.
I changed my diet and am increasing my mineral intake. I bought an inexpensive glucose monitor and saw how my body was handling foods. My medical insurance is a huge chunk of monthly expenses, and I am not getting much value from it. Thank you for your videos so I can stay healthy without depending on my PCP.

    • @pjmac5593 on July 18, 2025 at 6:58 pm

What price is considered an inexpensive glucose monitor, that is reliable?
