      I like to buy organic oranges like in bags and squeeze the juice from them 2 times a day which adds up on vitamin C. I think I he like almost 800mg from that alone. I take the juice with my supplements. But yes if it’s not as available then the pills probably do help. I just love fresh juice and I don’t eat a lot of fruit so it helps me get my fruit into my diet. I also ordered bovine gelatin in powder form and I make jello with organic bottled juices that dont add sugar. I do add honey though for sweetness. But honey is also healthy. So I get most of my fruit juices from the jello I make. That how I get vitamin C as well and collagen and some protein.
