    Told me to get off keto and that I was damaging my health because my cholesterol was too high after i just lost 30lbs and never felt better in my life

      Same same and same telling me my Is cholesterol was too high stop doing keto even though I lost 80 pounds and I feel better that I’ve ever felt in my life 😂

    Told me to start eating once a day because I was “eating to much” with way less food then they were getting
    I have a slow metabolism

    My diabetic dad could eat fat free 100 calorie cake but but not salad or spaghetti squash, smh

    Dr. Z I don’t see your comment. But I think the worst advice I ever got when trying to take care of my health was high, fiber, low fat in my diet.

    Too many to choose from! Our bodies need around 6 meals a day. That same person said I need to eat rice, potatoes; high carb, that is the source of our energy. Thanks for the video. May Jesus continue to bless you and your family

    There’s children on the streets that have nothing to eat, finish your food. (Grandma to child age me, ruined my hunger queues have been fat ever since)
