Like most people I was raised eating these foods for breakfast. It was the norm and nobody questioned it.

Today with the understanding I have of food, I literally can’t believe anyone would think this to be a good idea.

How can the human body thrive with zero nutrition food? How can your brain function on this?

This is why most people walk around operating at 50% unknowingly. You can transform your day simply by changing the foods you eat for breakfast.

      The devil is in the detail… The point isn’t that oatmeal is bad, i’m referring to the quality of it which is a problem.
