1. Lack of sleep
You could feel exhausted all the time simply because you lack sleep. Alcohol, overtraining, and eating too late can interfere with sleep. Chocolate consumption can increase theobromine, similar to caffeine, which can interfere with sleep if consumed too late.
Try taking magnesium one hour before bed to help you relax. Vitamin B1 is also vital for quality sleep. Did you know that going outside in the morning to watch the sunrise can improve your sleep? Try it!
2. Cellular hypothyroidism
Thyroid hormones go into every cell in your body, controlling metabolism and energy levels. If your thyroid is not working properly, you will likely experience fatigue. Increase selenium to improve thyroid function. Brazil nuts, sardines, shellfish, and grass-fed liver are excellent sources of selenium.
3. Stress
A severe stress, such as the loss of a loved one, can cause your immune system to shut down because of the cortisol spike. This allows latent viruses like the Epstein-Barr virus to come out of remission and cause chronic fatigue syndrome. High doses of vitamin D can help.
Try making your own L. reuteri yogurt, one of the best remedies for high cortisol. Increasing magnesium and sodium and taking long walks in the woods can also reduce cortisol levels.
4. Histamine overload
An enzyme in your body naturally breaks down histamine. Alcohol, medications, and gut damage can inhibit this enzyme’s function, increasing histamine levels. Avoid aged cheeses, vinegar, canned fish, and fermented vegetables if you suspect a histamine sensitivity.
5. Blood sugar
Consuming high amounts of carbohydrates or sugar during the day often leads to blood sugar fluctuations at night. Frequent night waking decreases energy during the day. Carb consumption depletes vitamin B1, which can cause restless legs syndrome, waking you up.
6. Sleep disturbances
Sleep apnea and being too hot or too cold can interfere with your sleep. Frequent urination caused by too much snacking or too many carbs can also be the culprit.
7. Protein intake
If you’re not consuming enough high-quality protein, it could be the reason you’re feeling exhausted all the time. Try adding more protein to each meal for a significant improvement in energy.

A lot of things can help but choosing the right diet and supplements is most important part for healthy body and no fatigue.. I just finished Vault of Consumable Corruption book and I’m honestly furious at what’s being hidden from us. If you care about your health, read this before it’s too late. You have no idea what’s being slipped into your food and how the industry deceives us. The things they put in our food and “healthy” supplements is insane. No wonder you see so much sick, weak, tired and ppl with cancer. This is attack on our health.. We all must wake up asap.
Thank you Dr Berg 💙
This kind of stuff makes you feel insane because you start seeing the patterns in food, cleaning products, medicine it’s like a silent attack on our health. I thought I was overreacting until I read it. Now I can’t unsee it. Its crazy what the industry is doing to us
Facts.
— Cutting seed oils and sugars is the key for health
Yeah mate thats obvious diet is massive part of healthy life, sleep and energy.
@@LetíciaFonsecaMiranda They are in everything today, Its becoming impossible to avoid them.. Its insane what they are doing to us tbh

I’m with you, sis!! 😅
Chronic stress
I took your recommendation about magnesium glycinate and now find my sleep has VASTLY improved. I’ve told people about you and magnesium glycinate and I hope you now have more followers! Thank you, Dr. Berg!❤
How many scoops a day of the powder ?
It’s in tablet form too
Can u be more specific please?
I take magnesium glycinate, and his brand. I take two capsules with his sleep aid, one of them, ending with Nutritional yeast 4 tablets. I’m post menopausal and this regimen helps me relax and fall asleep, amen 🙏
I added M.G. first. I’ve also added Cytoplan Cytonight which is glycine, Montmorency cherry 🍒 & hops. Sleep like a baby. I’ve had insomnia and ADHD all my life. Can’t believe the difference. Also trying to eat latest 6-7pm.
Wishing each and every one of you a life filled with vibrant health, quiet joy, and the kind of peace that lights the heart. May your days be gentle, your strength enduring, and your journey full of grace.
Thank you, and to you as well.
Big hugs, thank you 🤗
I wish the same to you.
Thank you so much. Wishing you the same.
Beautifully said ~ thank you💕
Gardening is my go-to to relieve my stress. There’s something so therapeutic about planting, growing and nurturing flowers and plants. It’s rewarding physically, mentally and spiritually. ❤️
They say it’s a form of grounding
That’s good if you have the energy to do some gardening in the first place.
Plants grow themselves that’s why I prefer getting out in nature.
Absolutely 💯. . It is very grounding and therapeutic ❤
Making contact with the soil is great!
I will never get tired of Dr. Berg’s new videos because he is cool as an iceberg.
Thank you, Dr Berg. A friend used a sleep apnea machine for years. He got COVID, pneumonia, and cellulitis and was hospitalized for about 2 weeks. He lost weight and started probiotics because of the antibiotics he was on for almost 4 weeks. Poof! No more sleep apnea. It’s been 3 years. Have a beautiful day. 😊
I would like to reverse my apnea. More info on the probiotics would be helpful.
@@portisleft6483I’m. It sure how the probiotics helped but Dr Berg has lots of videos on its benefits. I think the weight loss was the biggest factor in my friend’s case. All the best!
When I first started to follow you. My inflammation from a horrible neck injury. Was so high I was hospitalized. For three years I could barely walk. Now no more inflammation. I had a fatty liver problem. That’s gone. My prostate PSA was horrible. I’ve fixed that. Now I have anemia. My goal is to tackle that next.
What do you eat?
Fasting could work @@stellaancimer8505
@@stellaancimer8505Meat, eggs, butter. As little bread as possible. Tuna, salmon, steak, hamburger, fruits mostly.
@@robinbadaluccoI take iron.
Getting copper beef liver can help you store and use iron. Many people can be taking iron but will still be anemic without copper.
I’ve had adrenal fatigue severely for years , I was finally making progress when needed a surgery that would require anesthesia!! Dang it! Here we go again.
This video was so helpful because after all these years I never made the connection to vitamin D, I’m starting today! Please God let this work .❤ Thank You Dr. Berg!!
I know why I’m tired, stayed out fishing tell midnight, got up early to talk with the Wife, going out fishing again at noon. SWEET !!!
This book says what many of us in medicine have been trying to say for years: health starts with the basics. The Science of Lasting Health makes that message clear and practical.
thanks for sharing, love it
August 2022 I contracted Salmonella, requiring a strong antibiotic. Right after that I got Covid, also leading to requiring a strong antibiotic. 2 weeks later my dad died out of state and I was executor. And my aunt broke in to his house and emptied it. That stretch of stress left me absolutely drained and my sleep and health have deteriorated since
I have been doing the Carnivore diet for about two months now. I have lost about 12 pounds, increased my sleep time and have more energy at work.
I have been ill with
Myalgic Encephalomyelitis Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for 8 years now. Just eating my daily cheeseburger before I go to work has helped me tremendously 😊.
I have also upped my taking of D3, B12, CoQ10 during the day and Magnesium Citrate and Zinc before I go to bed.💤💤💤. Much better 😃.
Thank you for all you do, Dr. Berg.
May God continue to bless you and your family 🙏.
Miss Monique 🙂🙏🌷💗

Eating more protein has made a huge difference in many areas of my health. I hadn’t considered that it has helped me sleep better, thank you for the info Dr. B
I’ve suffered from sleep apnea for years. Since I started eating L. Reuteri yogurt, it has diminished greatly. It also improved my dream state. Dreaming like I was a kid. Thanks Doc!
Definitely try Dr. Berg’s B1 too that’s helped me a lot.
Chugging along just fine after cleaning up my diet and starting to exercise regularly over 3 years ago. Was 350lbs now I’m 210lbs 6’2 61yo
What helped me the most was doing a heavy workout at least twice a week. Lifting heavy weights , not cardio. That alone gave me massive energy boost.
Healing my gut improved my energy
