During my whole life’ I have never being craving sugare until last year when I had started working in a very stressful company. Ice cream and sweets were what I used to cope because I have no one to talk to. I am still in norm weight wise (59 kg) but my belly fat is out there also my skin quality and energy level are suffering. I am starting next monday a low/no sugare/carbs for 2 weeks and will be also fasting for a religious region. Hopefullythis will calm down my addiction. I ll let you know in Jan how this ll work
