Potassium can be found in higher amounts in avocados, leafy greens, and sweet potatoes.

You can also increase your potassium intake by sprinkling “No Salt” on your food. This is commonly found in grocery stores as a salt replacement.

And yes, the name is actually No Salt. It comes in a white cylinder-like container.
