Today, we’re going to discuss some of the causes of low testosterone and the most common low testosterone symptoms.
Check out these 6 common low testosterone signs:
1. Breast tissue
“Man boobs” can be caused by an increase in estrogen and a decrease in testosterone.
2. Shrinking testicles
This is also known as hypogonadism. Testosterone is involved with muscle formation, so if your testosterone is low, you may also notice your muscles shrinking.
3. Reduced semen production
4. Decreased body hair
This may be most evident in the beard, chest, legs, and the top of the head.
5. Andropause
This can cause hot flashes and night sweats in men.
6. Excess belly fat
This is often caused by insulin resistance.
The most common causes of low testosterone include:
•High-carb diets
•Endocrine disruptors
•Microplastics and forever chemicals
•Poor sleep
•Chronic stress
•Wifi
•EMFs
•Phytoestrogens (soy products)
•Low zinc
•Statins
•Iron overload
You can help increase testosterone naturally with the following:
1. Zinc
2. Magnesium
3. Vitamin D
4. Exercise
5. Water filters
6. L. reuteri

Thanks for watching! I hope this helps you boost testosterone and recognize the causes and symptoms of low testosterone. I’ll see you in the next video.
My total testosterone level was fine but my FREE testosterone “which is the testosterone your body can use” shot up to normal levels after using D3 zinc and magnesium!! Refused to take testosterone injections
boron is also great
Great choice! Once you start “supplement” of hormones, you can’t go back! Because your body responds by not producing. This goes for melatonin too!
@@jayhay1237that’s not true. May not feel great for a month or two but most people’s testosterone levels will go back to the same levels it was at prior to starting trt.
After 2-3 year of trt it may not return to prior levels
Why did you refuse to take testosterone?
Cardio, bodybuilding, eliminating stress, and getting enough sleep were major factors in helping elevate my testosterone levels. But sunlight is on a whole different level—just 30 minutes, and I feel absolutely great, physically and mentally.
Himalayan salt too helps
doesnt it matter what time of exposure is beneficial?
Vitamin D!!!!!!
@simplytine2939 Probably 7-10am
Keto, sunshine, three workouts to complete exaustion per week.
Filter your water.
Don’t touch soy.
Supliment zinc and potassium.
Magnesium
Sleep in silence.
I’ve been taking chelated zinc and copper, along with magnesium glycinate and Vitamin D, since discovering this in one of your videos. It has helped tremendously.
Make sure you getting less than 50 mg of zinc
@@Play6oyPTPwhy? I’ve seen videos of Dr Berg’s that state that 100 or less is fine.
@@lakerfan0243 you can get zinc poisoning too much zinc is bad for the body and its already in red meat so if you eat beef everday you most likely get more than enough zinc
@@lakerfan0243that’s too much zinc, you don’t need that much unless you’re taking for a specific condition for a short period of time. You just need 10 to 30 mg with one tenth copper.
Glad its also working for you. Best of luck mate
Dr. Berg, your video on the symptoms and causes of low testosterone is a real eye-opener! Understanding the signs like low energy, muscle loss, and mood swings makes it easier to recognize low testosterone early. I love how you also provide natural solutions to boost testosterone, like intermittent fasting, exercise, and proper nutrition. Your holistic approach is truly appreciated—thank you for such valuable advice!
Having smart phones close to the body has always been underestimated in treating this very topic.
You can also set the connection from 5G or 4G to 3G
Hey doc.
Good report. Great tips.
I’m glad that you mentioned L-Reuteri.
Pumpkin seeds for zinc too.
Cheap and also single best food for prostata. I ate 30 grams for 30 days and stopped waking up to pee in the mid of the night (as a male)!
@@whoknows8223 when did you eat it at night?
@vanitagomes3794 no in the morning. Doesnt matter when
I also wake up 3-4 times at night to pee (in small amounts as I stop drinking fluids to avoid waking up) do you think consuming pumpkin seeds will help me with this ?
I notice on leg day, mine will shoot up a bit. Stay away from tap water. I filter my bottled water as well. I don’t get vaccinated. If you’re going to consume carbs, you should have some muscle mass to burn it up. You have to make your body a furnace. Keep moving. Hypertrophy will help a ton!
What water filter do you use?
You test yourself after doing legs?
How do you test yourself?

The solutions
1-zinc
2-magnesium glycinate
3-Vitamin D
4-exercises (heavy weight/resistance exercises)
5-water
6-L.reuteri
The list is in the description – don’t need yours. 👎
Hard manual labor
I don’t need your stupid list. There is one in the description 👎👎👎
Does being mean make you happy? Just curious @@sparkyblazeup1
@@denissssss8579 hey
Morning wood is something ive never gotten used to😂😂😂 but in all seriousness its a good sign for me! The body is always trying to tell you something. Good or bad😂!
Usually when your bladder is full too. It’s a way the body responds in sleep, so you don’t pee the bed. Very difficult to pee in that state.
I wish you all a blessed Lent 🙏✝🏋♂❤🕊
I am an Indian from Kerala, I was overweight three years ago with manboobs. Then I started carnivore diet, eating beef/pork/mutton, butter, eggs, salt, and water daily and occasional fish, liver and dark chocolate. I loose weight very fast, so I started doing squats in the gym. This diet and exercise helped me loose manboobs, increased my immunity, testosterone level on the roof, started developing bigger balls and penis girth gets thicker, jawline started visible, hairloss is stopped, allergy to dust and asthma is completely gone, never had a fever for three years, brain fog is gone, always feel energetic, sleep well, snoring and sleep apnea is stopped, ED is fixed, always have full erection and on top of it I never feel hungry after having one meal a day. This meat based diet and exercise healed my body and soul. 🙏🏽
Good job❤
That’s great. For reference what’s your age?
Never masturbate

Bad sleep, phone too close, wifi, high iron, plastics, sugar, carbs, estradiol, cortisol. Dang, I’m screwed.
Soybean oil ! It’s in everything salad dressing, breads, coffee creamers, nearly every vegetable oil for fried food is pure soybean oil, chips and dips, Ensure, the oil and soy lecithin in the snacks bars, crackers, cookies…
Also research Semen retention & cholesterol. It’s quite the rabbit hole.
@@walteradams5369 yeah, try finding a protein bar without soy.
My diet mainly consists of local, grass fed beef, local fresh farm eggs. If anything is wrapped in plastic, I immediately take my food out of the plastic, and store in a glass container. My diet is boring, but I’m a healthy 62 yrs old, and healthy as a mule. I’d rather go without, than be mentally, physically ill.
In 2013 i officially got diabetes. In 2018 a dr checked my testosterone and it went from in the 600 s in2013 to 0. Since then i completely turned my life around and now everything is back to normal including losing 34 lbs. Life is a better place now. Working 60+ hrs a week with 5 hrs sleep and lots of coffees helped destroying my life but i learned change is good and your videos are a major help to continue to make it better. Thanks for your work !!!!
thats kinda what I am doing now. Working 60+hrs while doing a Masters degree. I started having really bad neck pain and I am still recovering fro that 4 months later
It’s crazy to think testosterone levels have dropped this much over just a few decades.
Modern lifestyle really has a bigger impact than we realize.
Appreciate the natural solutions shared here — it’s empowering to know we can take action without relying solely on medication.

For thousands of years, humans have moved physcally all day and have been out of an office !
Eating everything and good quality is a basic but MOVING and MOVING OUTSIDE (i dont talk about working out or sport) is the key !
