In this video, I’ll show you how to make an inexpensive anti-aging face mask that will leave you with youthful, glowing, tightened skin.

To make this face mask, gently whisk an egg white, and apply a thin layer to your face. Allow it to dry for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse your face with warm water to remove the face mask.

To take this face mask to the next level, add egg yolk! Egg yolks contain vitamins A, D, E, K, B vitamins, and choline. They also add healing and regenerative benefits to the mask. Adding a teaspoon of organic plain yogurt to this face mask helps support the microbiome.

It’s also beneficial to increase egg intake. Eggs are a superfood and the highest-quality protein you can consume. If you're going to fry your eggs, fry eggs in olive oil, butter, or coconut oil.

One egg white, one teaspoon of powdered ginger, two teaspoons of olive oil. Mix well, apply with a brush, let dry for 15 minutes. Apply second coat, let dry for 15 minutes. Apply third coat. Wear for at least two hours. Remove with damp paper towel.

      Thanks

    • @astridowl9784 on June 15, 2025 at 1:33 pm

@@teribunker5223you’re welcome! One little warning, though. The stuff is so powerful that you might feel you’re actually undergoing a facelift LIVE. If this doesn’t occur, inverse the ratio ginger/ olive oil: two teaspoons of ginger, one of olive oil. Swapping the quantities of ginger and oil corresponds to the way your skin is responding to the mixture.

I did this in the 1980’s and I haven’t done it years. It was very beneficial with light skin blemishes. Maybe now it would help the dark spots. Will start the regimen again. Thank you Dr.

Castor oil has helped my skin tremendously. After I get out of the shower/tub I apply it to wet skin and my skin looks AWESOME

    • @RogueReplicant on June 15, 2025 at 2:24 pm

Castor is applied to WET skin? How come nobody told me that! 😤

    • @bnatural0415 on June 15, 2025 at 2:42 pm

@@RogueReplicantI kinda stumbled upon it myself. Damp or wet skin it works wonders. It blends so well into the skin when there’s moisture

    • @themosthighvaluemaninthega9048 on June 15, 2025 at 3:38 pm

@@RogueReplicant Yeah, if you use oils then you apply them to wet skin to “lock in” that moisture. Works great.

    • @RogueReplicant on June 15, 2025 at 3:43 pm

@@themosthighvaluemaninthega9048 That’s counterintuitive because one would think the oil “slides off”. One would be wrong, apparently.

      @@themosthighvaluemaninthega9048I dis not know that.

    When I was a teenager I had acne(because I ate a ton of sugar).
Made an egg mask at least once a week. Helped tremendously!
Now that I am 69 I should do this again.

    • @cupofmorningsun on June 15, 2025 at 5:18 pm

did u put the whole egg on ur face?..then rinse?

    • @Es_Elle on June 15, 2025 at 6:25 pm

Chocolate caused my teenage acne. I could eat candy, just not chocolate.

Rubbing the inside of a banana peel on my face once a week made my face rarely break out now and remaining break outs disappeared. Now I am going to try the egg mask! Thank you, dear Dr. Berg! 😊

  16. @shirleyhess7 on June 15, 2025 at 5:22 pm

I’ve used an egg mask for decades, just in a different order. (85 years old now. A few years ago, a nurse thought I was in my forties, not my seventies, because of my skin!!)) 1) Wash your face and rinse with hot water to open the pores. 2) Beat the egg yolk with a 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to clean out the gunk in the pores. Put on face and let dry about 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse off. 2) Immediate put the egg white beaten with 1/2 teaspoon of alum onto face. This will tighten the pores. Let dry for about 10 to 14 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and finish with some cold water to close pores. Admire!!

    • @vimvim5824 on June 15, 2025 at 5:30 pm
