I’m surprised people don’t eat it this way. Not on Tiktok so don’t know about the trends… My kids and I all snack on spinach, arugula, chard, kale, etc. this way. They’re so delicious! Try just dipping leaves straight into hummus — one of my favorite snacks!

Every so often, I will eat, spinach 🥬, celery 🥒, cucumber 🥒, with three glasses of water 💧 🫗.
I just do this as a way of getting some vegetables and water intake.
I also do this for health reasons, first thing in the morning 🌄.

I’m a vegan. I don’t like raw spinach by itself. Dip it or put in a sandwich. But best softened with garlic & good olive oil.
