It’s not easy to find a Good doctor .especially if you bring up the words keto fasting diet. For years my heart doctors didn’t even care about the meals and exercise, vitamins and supplements you are taking. But what helps 2 of my doctors see the lights of the power of keto diet was my last 5 years of beautiful looking Blood work results like never before. 27 years my family doctor loves going over my Lab results so much that him and his wife started doing keto diet 2024 and my heart doctor told me Keep doing keto fasting and eat healthy fats, steaks and eggs etc . I think you explained why I cannot take mag/gly. 😊 It increases gaba which is bad for anyone dealing with Bind or Paws.

I take magnesium glycinate for sleep and it’s been very helpful for me. Sometimes I’ll drink a cup of chamomile tea with it too. Knocks me out!

I was doing acupuncture with a retired nurse. She said magnesium isn’t readily absorbed by the gut and recommended an oil that came in a spray bottle. I worked night shift and it really helped my sleep!
Was it Magnesium oil? Which one did she recommend?
@iamqueenb1she gave me a sample of “ancient minerals” magnesium oil and they have a website. I would spray it on my low back where I was getting the acupuncture and then the soles of my feet.
