To me, what you say is more realistic. Biggest Loser? Yeah, right 🙄

I am so fed up. I used to just decide to lose weight and do it. What is going on!

You keep us so motivated and on a daily basis! Love it!
FYI I lost 115 lb on WW 13 years ago have kept it off under goal, BUT… in the past 2 1/2 years I put back 10 lb and went back to some old habits and could not get it off at all and was plateaued 10 lb over. I do not “have to” lose it but felt better with it off as I age.
Bottom line after discovering your channel I decided to count calories which was the perfect spark I needed …and happily I went back to my mindful eating and I count calories. It has helped me tremendously along with moderate exercise journaling and sleep. I have lost 5 lbs in the past 6 weeks and I’m back to the old me and I feel wonderful. I know I I’m doing the work but without your daily pep talks and deciding to count calories instead of points I would not have jump started my weight-loss again and I am feeling wonderful and I really do have you to thank❤❤❤
