There are different types of magnesium so it’s important to take the right one.

As far as I know, Magnesium Glycinate is the best as far as best absorption goes?

    • @bonanzabrandon6877 on February 2, 2025 at 12:21 pm

@abc123con  magnesium L-threonate, although I recommend doing some research as other forms have benefits as well.

    • @Yamaazaka on February 2, 2025 at 12:31 pm

Magnesium glycinate is the best for daily dosage imho @@abc123con

    • @EdimentalGardens on February 2, 2025 at 2:44 pm

Right? I took the lowest dose and kept getting diarrhea 💩 Needless to say, I stopped taking it

    • @Drberg on February 2, 2025 at 2:45 pm

Hi! Magnesium oxide is readily available but has only a 4% absorption rate. Taking high amounts of magnesium oxide can cause health issues and isn’t effective. Consider opting for a more bioavailable magnesium form for better results.

You would have less trips to the doctor office and to the emergency room. Literally. Magnesium is The miracle nutrient. It’s responsible for over 300 bodily functions every day. And it’s so cost effective. In capsule or powder form. Taken 200-400 mg daily. Preferably in the mid-morning. Yay. It’s a natural calcium channel blocker. It’s helps blood pressure and heart related conditions. Awesome supplement. Magnesium citrate, aspartate or glycinate. 🙏👍🙂

All true!! I bought a magnesium glycinate powder (cherry flavor) from Clark’s a month ago. I noticed a huge difference from day one in my sleep. Also, the chest pain and palpitations I was having stop during that whole month. I suffer from anxiety/depression and deal with a lot of stress. My body felt so relaxed and calm that like clockwork by 8: 00pm I was naturally ready to go to bed. Kal is the magnesium brand I purchased. P.S. I took zinc 50 mg at night with the magnesium powder and those two are the best combination to help you sleep and relax.

    • @YolandaCancel on February 2, 2025 at 5:40 pm

Just need to add it’s been a little bit over a week since I ran out of my magnesium powder and I started to notice the palpitations chest pain and muscle cramps in my leg return. Going to pick me up some more magnesium today.
