Do we have to take the magnesium with D3, K2, b6 and zinc at the same time? Or it’s ok as long as you take them the same day? Thank you doc! Blessings!

    • @sameenakreuz7729 on September 25, 2024 at 11:41 am

Take magnesium (400 mg) at night. Take D3(30,000 IU), K2 MK-7,B6(SARI brand powder or Dr. Berg brand), and zinc with copper (roughly 26 mg)in the day. Eat a slice of Meyer lemon (including the peel) every day.

    • @Boz1919 on September 25, 2024 at 12:16 pm

I’ve heard and read you take vitamin d3 and magnesium within the same day

    • @YeshuaKingMessiah on September 25, 2024 at 12:30 pm

Take VitD & Bvits in morning
      They’re both energizing
      I always take K with my D.
Mag is best alone and best at night—it’s relaxing

    • @laurelnickels7066 on September 25, 2024 at 3:08 pm

Hmm, I thought it was good to take Mag and D3 together. And also K2 of course..

I’m taking magnesium threonate before bed now and waking up feeling a lot sharper. (also taking glycinate and other forms during the day for other benefits)

    • @mindxcircus on September 25, 2024 at 11:00 am

Thanks for sharing your experience with Threonate. Something I wanted to try to help with foggy brains as the side effect of withdrawing from Zoloft after many years. My memory and focus are so bad it scares me, like you can actually notice (besides family members noticing) the decline.. but I am not going back to that, I can do it. I’ll try that. Thanks again

    • @profilingmanipulation on September 25, 2024 at 12:07 pm

it’s truly helped my brain fog, I also take lions mane vitamins too. Look in to those, shitake/mitake mushroom supplements are something I’ve been researching too for clarity/memory issues. Check them out. Hope this helps 😊❤

  9. @kellyalderfer6430 on September 25, 2024 at 11:51 am

You know I’ve been taking magnesium and I’ve been taking it at night with vitamin D three and you’re absolutely right. I just didn’t realize the benefits that I was getting. I don’t have leg cramps anymore. I don’t have muscle spasms. I just have something funky going on in my neck that causes a huge cramp to run down the right side of my body. But that’s a different monster!
