Vitamin D is so important that it’s the only vitamin your body produces, yet most of you are deficient.

What that doesn’t account for is everyone with a moderate deficiency. Which is nearly everyone else.

I really try to impress upon you with this information how important it is for you to make sure these basic areas of human health are covered. Vitamin D sufficiency is too easy not to address, but the lack of awareness on this topic is devastating.
