Thankful dr Berg ❤👍🙏
I’ll give it a try ☺️. This was unintentionally motivational
Kudos to you 🤸♀️
I think it’s intentionally motivational. I’ve been taking 5k iu d3, electrolyte powder, magnesium and a multi vit for a few weeks as well as cutting sugar. I feel, lighter and just bouncier. Go for it!
I do at least 2 annual sugar detoxes for 2-3 weeks. Sometimes more. I also take specific supplements to accelerate the benefits.
I’ve been doing this for the past 5 years now.
I feel incredible after my detoxes.
One is coming up very shortly 😊
Can you please say what stop eating sugar means? Natural sugars included? Like fruits?
Fruit is fine
Refined sugars are the Worst
No sugar at all. But if you eat fruit sugar, do it in moderation and whole fruits only.
It means NO added sugar. Hard but do-able. To make it easier fir me I just don’t eat food I can’t eat or drink without sweet (coconut sugar, honey) so I stick to small savoury high protein high saturated fat food and eat a little when hungry. No snacks. My craving is easier to manage this way. Then I break it after a while with very little food I want to take, with little sweet . That way I don’t feel deprived. Then go “sugar fast again”.p
I’d like to know also. Does it include “keto fruit” e.g., blueberries in small amounts?
Who else is done with sugar now ? 😊
Nobody
Nearly done. I had a lengthy sugar binge last week, felt so cranky and irritable! Easing out of it and feeling better, just have to give up the fancy sauces on my meals now. You do feel much better when you go totally sugar free.
@@seelogic9845 even a reduction feels amazing.
6 Month Sugar and Seed Oil free ,no other adjustment and lost 6 kg.
Switched to xylitol
Im going to do this.
Let’s do it…
I know when I’ve introduced sugar back in my diet, my osteo knees hurt more and my sleep is abysmal
Wow!!! Thank you Dr Berg you’re a breath of fresh air saying that just great to hear, we all gotta put our minds to stopping sugar taking over us, keep strong determined and focused.. WE CAN DO IT!!!!💪
So much easier said than done. I spent a solid year sans sugar of any kind except some berries and apples. Still felt shitty physically and deprived in general. Introduced fruits again and my brain lit up in the most miraculous way. I was suddenly so clear headed and felt so much better with some natural sugar, whole fruits and raw honey. I try not to overdo added sugars, but sometimes I want a damn treat and I’m tired of feeling guilty for that. Obviously added sugars aren’t good and I’m not advocating for them, but living life and enjoying things is also fun so you have to find the balance that works for you. My biggest takeaway of all was to let go of my fruit fear! Fruit is incredible.
💯
Absolutely.🥰 above everything we need to feel happy.
Enough misery already 🤪
D3!!! So many people are deficient.
Your life story
Sadly the big Ag is coming after our organic foods and injecting fruits and vegetables with sugars. We may all have to try to grow our own.
So cancer has a sweet tooth
Thanks a lot Dr.Berg .
“To” nearly 100%……..or “by” nearly 100%?
Sugar makes your life bitter
Thank you for the information Dr. Berg. 🙏🏾
Thanks for watching! You may want to try to stop eating sugar for 14 days and just see what happens.
@@Drberg I will do that.
Actually withdraw from sugars will initially affect your emotions and cause grudgyness until its out of your system. Not sleeping properly and on time can also contribute health issues.
I work in fitness, boxing coach, and you are 100% correct, sleep is probably the most neglected aspect of health, people pumping themselves with pills but not worrying about sleep quality. SMH
Lots of excuses!! I quit sugar at the age of 15.. I’m 22 now🤓
Thank you Dr. Berg for all you do to save lives every day!❤
Stopped sugar where possible as of June 1 2024 and reduced carbs significantly. Result was significant weight loss, even though I’m in my late 60’s. My health, which isn’t really that bad has also improved along with just a general feeling of feeling good with much more energy.
Thank you Dr. Berg.May God bless you and increase your knowledge
Most welcome!
Dr Berg could use clips from his podcast for YouTube shorts. They’re gold!
