I did 40 days no sugar….. Cravings were gone, and I could taste sugar in everything. All that other stuff he said, didn’t happen for me. Perhaps because I had carbs, but healthy carbs at a serving size. But I was hungry in the beginning but my body adjusted. Lost a couple of lbs

  12. @GlossyLipsArt on September 4, 2024 at 11:15 am

I noticed such a huge change in my skin since i quit industrial sugar and added high quality collagen in my tea. I also dont eat fastfood or processed foods and no oils except native olive oil and i dont smoke and dont drink alcohol. I had skin problems my whole life until i decided i wont be a victim of pharma and dont support the criminal food industry with their poison. Sugar was affecting me negative in so many ways.. from heart racing to being extremely tired all day and having very dry skin. Its worth it to quit or atleast reduce sugar.

    • @RichMindset-RM on September 4, 2024 at 12:56 pm

Do you still eat fruits and carbs like rice or pasta?

  13. @ducphuvnstock on September 4, 2024 at 11:43 am

True. I stopped eating sugar for over 10 years, I never feel craving for sweets, never feel the need of soft drink.
I eat 3 meals a day, never feel hungry for snacks, always in shape.

I started 6 weeks ago and I’m down almost 10lbs of inflammation. I know the other stuff will come in time as my body begins to heal. Years of damage so I’m not expecting everything to change over night. I love your insightful videos and I’ve read your book.

My husband and I started carnivore diet last October. We are down 95 pounds. My husband 55 and me 45 pounds. We started keto when he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in July. Absolutely no sugar and very very low carb. It seems to help him so far going through chemotherapy. Thank goodness for Dr Berg and his advice. I never miss a video! ❤

I’m a runner and a cyclist. I can’t go without sugar. I need glycogen stores in my muscles to fuel my workouts. I’ve tried cutting sugar for an entire month and my performance suffered greatly. Carbs are the undisputed king of energy. Fat can take a backseat all the way over there.

    • @eljefe5275 on September 4, 2024 at 2:41 pm

What kind of carbs and sugar do you eat

    • @davidverlaney7764 on September 4, 2024 at 3:04 pm

I make my own sweets, using peanut butter powder, butter powder, cocoa, and cacao, cinnamon, mint, Cocoa, nibs, coconut oil, and honey. I haven’t put in some turmeric and black pepper and coconut shavings.. I’ve always loved Reese’s cups and pieces.
