The average individual consumes 125 pounds of sugar every day. Are you one of them?
Personally, sugar was really hard for me to give up. I grew up consuming a lot sugar and going sugar-free meant I had to change my entire diet.
What made it easier was making lateral moves. What I mean by this is instead of just giving up sugar, I started using sugar alternatives. This includes:
– Stevia
– Allulose
– Monk Fruit
– Erythritol
This allows you to have something sweet but not raise your blood sugar.
