Thanks for all your healthy information. Please how do we consume the turmeric? What quantity should we consume in a day?

    • @Ideatheke-wordpress-com on December 31, 2024 at 10:12 am

The recommended daily intake of turmeric for an adult is about 1 to 3 grams (which is roughly half to one teaspoon). This amount can vary depending on individual health, how it is consumed (such as in food or supplements), and personal tolerance.

However, it’s important to note that excessive consumption of turmeric, especially in supplement form, can lead to side effects like digestive issues or interactions with medications. If you are considering increasing your intake or adding supplements, it is a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional

    • @alitavakoli8857 on December 31, 2024 at 11:40 am

Just add a small amount of it to your food as seasoning

    • @jimmyf2077 on December 31, 2024 at 11:43 am

I use it everyday grounded in my Elder flower drink, together with cayenne pepper, cinnamon and regular black pepper….
I now prefer the spicey taste of my drinks….

    • @jocelynbelle2946 on December 31, 2024 at 12:53 pm

Opt for 10 to 20g per meal, or a tea spoon

    • @GoodFruit838 on December 31, 2024 at 1:52 pm

      Try a supplement

  2. @jesspartridge7334 on December 31, 2024 at 10:13 am

Don’t you need black pepper too alongside turmeric to ‘activate’ the antinflammatory side

    • @justinehaines9933 on December 31, 2024 at 10:24 am

Yes, and I believe coconut oil.

    • @AnitaAmen1111 on December 31, 2024 at 1:09 pm

It’s called golden paste and the black pepper is what helps the body absorb the turmeric

My Mammaw gave me organic turmeric that she grows at home and my 9 year old dogs lumps seem to be regressing since giving him some mixed with black pepper and coconut oil. Salmon in his dog food, greens, apples, strawberries, and a laser or squeaky ball to chase keeps my big boy well. I also put my hands on his lumps and sing joyfully “Jesus heal my little Brodee, he’s the best dog in the worrrrllld!!!”- To the tune of Jesus loves the little children… it’s working for us!😅

Shoutout @DrBerg for everything you’ve done and do to care for and bring awareness to people. I have learned so much from you over the years and really appreciate your videos! Thank you!

A very reputable veterinarian, Professor Dr. Zhavnis in Moscow, Russia, made an experiment: a group of rats was fed with a small piece of salmon dayly. All the rats lived twice as long. I have the information first hand. He said: “We haven’t done same experiment with cats, cats live much longer than rats, but with rats it’s been proven.”
Good health and long live to your beloved dog and you.

It is said that all dogs develop arthritis by the time they’re seven or eight years old. I made my dog golden paste which is turmeric pepper, water, and coconut oil and it helped immensely.

Hi doctor… I recently started taking a small piece of fresh turmeric along with Indian gooseberry, small piece of ginger, few curry leaves (all blended together) in a glass of drinkable hot water. It’s been only 4 days… let’s hope i get all the above benefits mentioned in this video. Thanks for all the great, amazing videos.

Nice! It’s like people don’t realize that the bounty of agriculture/foraging is from God. Us allowing unnatural foods in our bodies conflicts His promise to us. Diets should have spiritual considerations. That’s why it always confused me when church-going folk (in my community) are some of the largest folks I know…..diet is not being preached about.

    • @Luvlinedance on December 31, 2024 at 3:54 pm

Our bodies are the temples of our souls. People have lots of excuses about why their ‘temples’ are a mess. The excuses relieve them of the responsibilty to be proactive. 😢 jmho

Using the tumeric pepper ginger evvo golden drink, my arthritic joints are now pain and inflamation free .mainly the curcumin in tumeric. Oil soluable and needs dash pepper to vastly increase absorbsion.

3 days of turmeric, blackpepper, & coconut oil in my morning coffee and my arthritic thumb is pain free! It had been so horribly painful for the last few months that I would wake up all night.

I’ve always liked Turmeric but have since learned it is high in oxolates sooo, counteract that with cheese or some sort of dairy. If you can’t have dairy then you’ll haveta find another alternative.
