I put celery in every food i can, salads, soups, stews, smoothies, or i just eat it raw as a snack with PB & berries. For smoothies, i also add to it some cuke, beet, lemon or grapefruit, maybe a small piece of apple, arugula, sometimes i make it with bone broth.

    • @dougseigneur on December 26, 2024 at 4:57 pm

Eating celery is good but as I understand it, the difference between eating celery and drinking celery juice is Huge.. night and day! Anthony William (Medical Medium) explains why in his books and other writings in thorough fashion 🙏

    • @EmilyJohnson558 on December 26, 2024 at 5:51 pm

I love celery with peanut butter, but I have a negative reaction to celery – it causes my mouth, tongue, and tip of ny nose ti go numb.
