What To Eat On One Meal A Day (OMAD) Intermittent Fasting that explains how you can benefit from one meal a day and get great results.

One meal a day intermittent fasting is a style of eating where you combine all your meals into one single meal. This means you would fast for about 22 hours and eat all your meals in about a 1-2 hours period. One meal a day has many benefits.

Best time to eat one meal a day is typically at night. This is because it activates your parasympathetics and makes you tired. This is obviously a good thing for those who are eating dinner and trying to go to sleep afterwards. Though you can eat one meal a day at any time of day the night time is typically the best.

Omad weight loss is a huge driving factor for many people. It sure is great to follow a eating routine that helps you burn fat and offers you great results. I have used omad for many years and it works very well for turning your body into a fat burner so that you can burn fat for energy day in and day out.

One meal a day results have been proven time and time again. Be sure to give one meal a day a try if you are looking for a simple method to drastically improve your health with little effort. Don't forget to download the free omad guide as well so that we can help you get started with omad to start improving your health today.

Holy cow the subject is good let’s cheat see what we have, I do steak and salad without the seed oil dressing. Salad has farm raised duck eggs about three chopped up with about 5 oz of chuck eye steak. Lots of add-ins to that salad also.

Fitting the correct macros into one meal is tougher than the average person realizes. I stretch one meal across 4 hours, which is more of a warrior diet than OMAD.

Honestly, thats great you figured this out and realized this is best for you. I actually get flack from the One Meal A Day purest because I say spread the meal out to at least two hours. 4 is still really great though.

😬 whoops, this is nearly every day for me so and I’m adapted to it. I am one of those that can go on a 3-day fast without any issues, attitude changes it only improves. And I’m then, 74 in 150/5 lb.

I love this channel, been subsed for years. I’ve been doing OMAD everyday since the summer 2017 and I still love the information provided here despite fasting being poopooed by most health influencers today. This lifestyle has been a silver bullet for me. I am NOT going back to needing to eat several times per day. If you think about it, being capable to function fasted all day is a superpower. Thank you for still preaching this path to excellence. As is often the case, the path to salvation can be hidden in plain sight, in daylight. You are doing God’s work. Love from France.

I was eating 170 grams protein 100 fat and low carbs 30. Was stuck after about 15 lb loss

    • @dr.nickzyrowski on May 15, 2025 at 9:39 pm

Try switching up your macros, fasting hours, and calorie intake. It should fire up the fat burning again. Also be sure to exercise or walk more.

@@dr.nickzyrowski I just switched over to this sugar diet. It’s been 2 days. couple guys on YouTube are swearing by. Low low fat like 20 grams, high carb with sugar and honey. No starches. I’m back with the brain fog and cravings. I will be going back to carnivore by Saturday. Plus I think it’s not healthy eating all this sugar. What’s your thoughts Dr. ?

Dr. Z, can you make a video on how to reverse ED naturally? I’m 24, an avid gym goer and I’m doing everything right it would seem but I’m still suffering from ED and don’t want to have to turn to any drugs at such a young age. Thanks!

I always watch your video but subscribed today only. On OMAD from past two months. I generally eat a vegetarian diet, occasionally eat only fruits. My body has adapted to one meal now, best part is I sleep well.

  12. @alipourzand6499 on May 16, 2025 at 7:57 am

Ì’m doing keto OMAD for 3 years now but only from monday to friday. During weekends I have 2 or 3 meals per day and I do eat carbs. I lost 16 kg and and I still maintain it.

not enough people are talking about anette ray and the hidden herbs… that book is next level

    • @subitaKumari-qf1fn on May 16, 2025 at 5:51 pm

realest book ive read in years

    • @MdezazAnsri on May 16, 2025 at 5:51 pm

agreed. so many books talk about success like it’s a checklist and this one actually explains the game behind the game.

  14. @all420arman9 on May 16, 2025 at 4:20 pm

the fact no one is talking about the hidden herbs by anette ray is actually insane

  15. @Sleepdriver1984 on May 16, 2025 at 4:47 pm

I eat 97,2 grams of protein a day (from low-fat turkey meat) which is about 1,2 gr/Kg for my weight (85,8 Kg) for about 450 Kcal total in 15 minutes in the late afternoon while I do 3 hours at the gym in the early morning, drink 3 Lt of water and take some supplements…so far so good, but I need a day off (even with white chocolate) per week
