      @@kos15280 That can be reversed, from what I understand. It requires restriction of carbs, and slowly adding good fats (not seed oils).

Главное быть хозяином своего неуемного аппетита,Жора!

    Hey Doc. I completely changed my diet six months ago based on nationally recommended guidelines, but it only made my health worse. It wasn’t until I read ‘The 23 Former Doctor Truths’ that I realized doing the opposite of what the government advises can actually make a difference. No wonder the doctor who wrote it left their career—speaking the truth often challenges the system!

    Thank you. The consideration part (25 min, 29 sec to 29 min, 29 sec) is most important for me. I’m underweight, I have a sensitive GI-tract and I am very active. I have a physical job, exercise intensely at least 4 times per week plus I do voluntary surf lifesaving activities. So I need to focus on food quality. My biggest problem is getting enough sleep due to my life issues (caring for elderly, working, various commitments and needing to learn how to stress management life a bit better). I still try to give my stomach a rest period and eat less on my less active days.

    Been 16:8 since July. I’m not dieting, only avoiding sugar as much as I can. I stopped taking Metformin 5 months ago and my blood glucose is around 75-95 every morning. So far a net loss of about 15 kilos. The energy is incredible though. It’s like being on some kind of race fuel. Nearly 60 and have a fairly active job order picking in a food warehouse. Lots of walking in there and dragging manual handling trolley around with up to 900 kilos on it sometimes. I’m tempted to try omad in the new year, maybe just on the 6 days I work. Avoiding food until 12 or one pm when I’m not busy is very hard.

    I’ve only eaten one meal/day for years now! I’m 65. I do take a few vitamins and nutrients also. We don’t need 2/3 meals a day!

      @@therange4033 me too. And I am 68. I’ve been reading up on anabolic and carabolic. and the need to preserve muscle mass into our older age. And I’m starting my N equals one experiment to spread out a little bit of 30 mg protein a couple of time a day, about 30 milligrams. You might look it up… That’s the challenge for us older folks is to preserve or build muscle mass.

    For breakfast I Eat non dairy yogurt and add ground spices to the yogurt like cayenne pepper, turmeric, ginger, garlic, Paprika, etc. and mix it up and add blackberries.
    Then around 5 pm I eat an egg omelet with chopped spinach herbs and onions mixed together with avocado oil and add to the egg omelet or canned tuna and that fiber helps my digestive issues.
    I do eat dark chocolate or powdered cacao chocolate mixed with my mushroom coffee and take lots of vitamins. Also use a trampoline and get out in Florida sunshine as much as I can.
    I feel fantastic and I’m pushing 80 right out of the way and have lots of energy to do all my many chores as a housekeeper …
    My health is very important to me. ❣️

    I am an ectomorph (height: 1.73m and weight: 63kg). I run 5km every day, do push-ups, sit-ups and dumbbells every day. For months now, I have only eaten one meal a day (pizza, eggs, kale, chicken, essential amino acids, tomatoes and supplements, such as complete vitamins, Ubiquinol and omega-3 and lots of olive oil and MCTs). I feel wonderfully well and have cured all my allergy problems, irritable bowel syndrome, fatigue, etc. My weight has remained stable (with a slight tendency to decrease, to lose more weight). I will always do this. It is my lifestyle. Hugs, from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

    Lol…”Orange Juice, Toast, and Ramen noodles”…There are SO many people that eat horribly ..I eye the shopping carts of people at the market, sometimes, that’s what’s in their cart!
