It’s funny I never was one to journal. But since starting the new version of the 5-0 method with the new worksheets, I’m finding journaling to not only be easier but something I look forward to. 😉 I even discovered things I had no idea that was on my mind.

Still working on making it a habit, but whatever amount I get done gives me good information.
I see value in it for sure but have been reluctant to be completely transparent and open on paper as I am uncomfortable knowing someone could read it. I told my husband to burn my journal when I die😂
You could always do it on the computer, and once it’s all written down, don’t save it.

I can only journal, but I can’t do anything about those feelings if it requires money or transportation.
