      Can you speed it up if you do daily low intensity exercise (40 mins of slow jogging + 15 mins of walking )? I ask because I done this before but I only manage to do it for 3 days + 5 hours. And I wonder if 3 days can give me all benefits given the inclusion of sufficient exercise?

      Any observations in regard to gallbladder stones? Not eating any fat for so long can facilitate the development of stones.

      i had exacerbation of hemorrhoids(!for 2.5 months) nothing helped (i treated with relevant meds for almost 3 months) i stopped taking milk and hemorrhoids are gone, was that connected, i’m not english speaker i hope i wasnt rude

      Since having dinner last night (Thursday), I have been fasting until now. I plan to fast for three days, until Sunday evening.

      I have a question.

      I drink three cups of Americano coffee a day and add euLyte electrolytes.

      I always get so lightheaded when i fast more than two days that I often faint. The last time it happened i was in my bathroom and i fell into my toilet. I was lucky that my side of my body hit the toilet and not my head. Since then i decided to prob never fast beyond daily intermittent fasting

      That’s because all these idiot “experts” tell us to “water fast only.” But they forget to mention the need for electrolytes. It happened to me too. Nearly passed out while standing in line to pay at drug store. Had to lay down by the carts 🛒 to get the blood back to my brain. Went home and did some research and found out it’s NOT “water fasting only.” It’s “water AND electrolytes fasting.”

    Learned a lot from you. 2023 I probably fasted 160days total that year. 2024 I did two 21 day fast a 7 day fast and a 5 day. Right now I am doing a 7 day fast I am on day 4. I feel amazing plenty of energy. Thank you for your videos.

    Recently I’ve been doing 48 hour fasts and I’ve come to realize I feel best when I’m well into the second day. Tons of energy and clear minded. Also when I’m near 48 hours I feel euphoric and want to keep going but I always stop because I’ve never gone beyond that.

      I have done a couple of 48 hours fast and never went beyond but recently I did a 72 hour fast and I could have gone even longer because I felt so good but I stopped because of a weird fear of the unknown 😂

      @@RoyaDani Your body can survive for 3 weeks without food, iirc. So past 72+ hrs isn’t gonna be a problem.

    Having followed Sten Eckberg for years I have lowered my BMI considerably. I now don’t have much “excess fat” to burn. After seeing this video I feel much more comfortable with a 4- day fast (of which I have been doing twice a year now) I will start mine TODAY … My opinion of “internet advice” is Ekberg is SPOT ON…. Other “health Gurus” are helpful but don’t have the YEARS of experience he has. I still have some Eulyte so …… good to go! Thanks again Sten for ANOTHER THOROUGH AND GREAT VIDEO!

      Be sure to use electrolytes when fasting! Much easier on your body and you feel better. I LOVE Eulyte! It is fantastic ❤ I have learned to use Celtic or Himalayan salt because it has minerals. Melt a tiny bit on tongue before drinking water-helps water get into cells. That info is from Dr. Barbara O’Neill.

    As a type 2 i have been following dr. Ekberg for a while now. 4 day fasts are a breeze after day 1. After 4 days, my heart rate drops about 3bpm, and my bad shoulder stops hurting. Fasting works.

    I would encourage to do what he is talking about! I did a 7 day fast, water only. The only extra thing I took was some sea salt daily. I never felt so good!
