      Hey Wellness Warrior, gluten free bread can sometimes be full of low quality starchy flours that can have its own issues. Many gluten free foods are low quality because they are often full of sugar as well.

    Stopped eating bread and other carbs for 3 weeks now. Bloathing is gone, lost almost all bellyfat ( was not so much but still ) and feel much better now. And when I go to the toilet, I have golden drops as well πŸ˜‰

    wheat is in a lot of products. funny enough, potato starch is in many products. shredded cheese has potato starch. kills me that it’s not in the labeling. sure it’s in the ingredients, BUT no one looks at the ingredients when it’s assumed that there is only one ingredient… cheese that is shredded.
