    I get itchy red skin , red eyes, acne dry chapped lips and tingling sensation on my feet at night very frequently.
    Dr berg what could be reason for the same.

      For me with dry and red skin, eating more raw animal fat helped. Acne was always caused for me with plant-oil rich foods or commercial chicken.

    I’ve been trying to drink cucumber, lemon and lime water with ginger, mint and some sea salt at least once a day, usually at least twice a day.

      I have a lot of health issues, so my results may not be as good as some others. I generally do have less inflammation and joint pain. Ive done a lot of messed up things to my body, three back injuries, disc degenerationin my back, broken ankle, multipleother injuries. Occasionally they still flare up. Im also not great at being consistent with drinkingit either. I don’t generally have a water retention or dehydration issue, so I wouldn’t necessarily see results of that. Ginger and mint help with curbing appetite, and the use of it providing electrolytes has been good when I’ve done 3 day fasts. As far as taste, it’s OK. Not my favorite drink, but my favorite drink isn’t that good for me anyways. If you use mint oil instead of mint leaves, don’t accidentally overdue it. Your breath will smell amazing and if you like the taste of mint it would probably be OK, but I really accidentally went way overboard….it was so strong, it was like drinking mint mouthwash.

    I used to have panic attacks from 1987 to 2022 I started listening to Dr.berg videos about panic attacks and anxiety,Nutritional yeast vitamin B1 and started walking, . I got into Dr.berg vitamin B1 Videos Wow ! Feeling better than ever Thank You sir

      Be aware that fortified nutritional yeast uses synthetic B9 (folic acid) whereas the unfortified uses natural B9 (folate).

      it was the walks that helped….I’m not saying eating healthy doesn’t help, but the walking is what helps with panic attacks and depression.

Now I do walking 3 times a day it also helps me with diabetes and heart, sleep ❤ Without Learning so much from Dr.berg and seeing the results from his vitamins made my life and blood work results beautiful ❤💯

    One thing I love about Dr. Berg is his knowledge of health. Don’t just listen to everything you read on the internet. Trust a professional who has been doing this for a long time, and who goes in depths into detail of why we need certain nutrients for our health. And my blood work is healthy from this past February. Had to throw that in there.😁

    You are an emerald in this country’s onion patch of doctors. 💚

    I actually drink cucumber lemon water everyday. That is what I drink after my cup of coffee. I even drink it with my dinner. I have made it a daily habit.

    Over time, it has made my skin look better. As in minimal breakouts, skin plumper, fewer fine lines, and looking/feeling more hydrated. I only eat between 4-8 and the water helps me to feel less hungry. It has also helped some with inflammation, better digestion, and bloating. As I am not a believer in most doctors or medications. I am more interested in learning how to stay away from all that.

    People think I am about 10 years younger than I am. I attrubute this to many things i learned from you, Dr. Berg. Supplements you recommended, daily exercise, my water consumption and time restricted eating are all helping. For what it’s worth, I was an esthetician and do face yoga morning and night. I have lost 25lbs in about 6 months.

    Just sharing my personal experience and how adding these little changes to my routine made a difference. The world is working hard to tear us down, age us, and make us feel like crap. I appreciate Dr. Berg and this channel for helping to keep us going during challenging times.

    If only other doctors cared about people this way. THIS is what real healthcare needs to look and sound like, as we go forward. My two cents.

    I do about 500ml of warm water, green tea leaves, ginger slices, black pepper, pinch of turmeric, squeeze of lime/lemon juice, tiny bit of raw honey, ACV and pinch of sea salt! Every morning before any food! I feel like that covers everything!
