I keep a container of ground ginger and tumeric in my fridge, every morning I make a large cup of hot ginger, lemon, ACV and sip on it throughout the day. I’ve been doing it since January first, add a little creotine a couple times a week.🙂💪🏼

I have read so many places that those ingredients are all very good for me, I started the regimen in Jan, I have been carnivore for four years, I have no health issues🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ I do lots of things because I trust the source of the information and it costs me little or nothing to do, full day of yard work and exercise today, later I will take an ice plunge for eight minutes…same, supposed to be good for me😊😊I know it will stimulate my vagus nerve, along with humming (‼️) and gargling🤣🤷🏻♀️How does stimulating my vagus nerve help me? I have 😮NO idea‼️But, it’s easy and free so I do it👍🏼🙋🏻♀️

Eating healthy is important… But don’t get that confused as some bizarre, self-righteous diet cult where you obsess over every microgram of carbs while ignoring actual science. Eating healthy is about balance, not demonizing whole food groups and falling prey to the latest fad promising eternal life. It’s not about heroically avoiding “Big Food” while turning a blind eye to actual health risks because someone told you to.

When I was a child, I used to drink the vinegar that came in the pickled onions or the vinegar in the gherkins bottle when the vegetables were all gone. Started it again when I couldn’t reach my ACV bottle one day. I was taking ACV as I was suffering a bit of GERD. Fixed it up nicely for me. I don’t take it every day, just now and again when I think of it or if the reflux is happening. Told the anesthetist that when he questioned me about GERD when I was getting ready to have surgery. He was a bit perplexed that it worked.

ACV is fantastic for me whenever I have rice. I drink it 20 minutes before I eat rice. Culturally, I can’t reject rice, especially whenever someone else makes it. Yet, everyone thinks I’m weird having ACV. 😂

You’re not going to believe this but I had a beverage that was sweetened with Stevia , it tasted so sweet I had to add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. I guess I have adapted
