What Happens If You Ate Eggs for 14 Days?

Are eggs actually healthy—or harmful? This video reveals the amazing benefits of eating eggs daily and what happens to your body after just 14 days of consistent egg consumption.

Egg yolks are nutritional powerhouses packed with vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin D, vitamin K2, and essential antioxidants like lutein and zeaxanthin. These nutrients support your brain, eyes, immune system, and overall health in ways most people don’t realize.

I keep forgetting to eat eggs lately. A couple days ago though I had 2 fried eggs in butter on toasted sourdough with avocado and pink himalayan salt. It was tasty. I think because my diet has been red meat, fruit, and eggs for a while now that I am getting bored of it so I am subconsciously switching back to grains, chicken breast, and veggies haha

I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism when I was young. Doc told me I’d have to take a pill everyday for the rest of my life. We already had blood work done, so I decided to eat 3 boiled eggs, everyday for a few months — No pills, when I got more bloodwork done my hyperthyroidism was completely gone and was functioning great. Something left out in this is that eggs are a great source of iodine and selenium which are two very important minerals for thyroid function. Food is medicine if you eat the right thing. Everyone should be eating eggs!
