What Happens After 14 Days of Eating Ginger

Ginger has been used for centuries for digestion support and inflammation reduction. When consumed daily for two weeks, many people report a warmer feeling in the stomach, smoother digestion, less bloating, and improved overall digestive comfort. These effects are linked to ginger’s natural anti-inflammatory compounds and its ability to support gut motility and digestive enzymes.

In this video, we break down the real effects of eating ginger daily and how it can impact your digestive system, inflammation, bloating, and overall gut health.

How much fresh ginger root should you eat/consume each day?

    • @ESNUEVE999 on December 30, 2025 at 11:45 am

The more, the better, and it doesn’t even have to be fresh

    • @kathyclaire1852 on December 30, 2025 at 1:54 pm

Would be helpful to know how much ginger was consumed by the people he is talking about

    • @denisemaples6519 on December 30, 2025 at 2:25 pm

I take a half a teaspoon of ground ginger a day. I put it in my hot chocolate one cup of milk, preferably grass fed milk : 1 tablespoon cacao, 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp ginger , sprinkle of pepper ignites it, warm it up and drink it before bed and you will see wonderful changes

  6. @alrinaleroux9229 on December 30, 2025 at 11:32 am

I grate a little bit of ginger root together with about two or three apples. Mixed with the applesauce it tastes very good, but it also prevents the fructose in the apples from spiking blood sugar too much.

    • @purrrfect6032 on December 30, 2025 at 6:26 pm

I will give your recipe a try. In the past when bought ginger it was hot and did not like the taste. I know it holds a lot of nutrients. Thank you!

    • @Mary-zd4up on December 30, 2025 at 7:11 pm

@alrinaleroux9229… that sounds like it would be yummy. Will give it a try. Thanks

  7. @tims9434 on December 30, 2025 at 12:27 pm

Perfect short. I’ll give this a go

  8. @woundeddove6569 on December 30, 2025 at 12:40 pm

This is WILD, because I’ve been craving ginger.
I’m very old, and having nausea.
Ginger is the only thing that stops the nausea.

    • @SawsanArar on December 30, 2025 at 5:17 pm

I have better sleep drinking ginger

  9. @josephmartin-u5f on December 30, 2025 at 12:52 pm

Dr Berg only person took care of my problems…….I was tired of being overweight and sick for so many years. Especially when you are going to different types of doctors and they just keep you running around in circles. Thanks to Youtube Videos like this and Keto fasting

  10. @Wouldntyouliketoknow2 on December 30, 2025 at 12:58 pm

I did this. I woke up when the oven door opened and I started running away, as fast I could – they couldn’t catch me. I’m still alive today.

    • @andrzejhajder6405 on December 30, 2025 at 5:55 pm

Stomach pain if you’re keep eating Ginger

    • @denisemaples6519 on December 30, 2025 at 2:20 pm

I have hot chocolate every night, I started adding a half a teaspoon of ginger to it, that way it’s not hard on your stomach

  12. @donrundy3767 on December 30, 2025 at 1:37 pm

❤❤I’ve learned that sugar and carbs can be detrimental to our health. As a type 2 diabetic, I used to consume sweets, rice, and pasta, even sugar-free alternatives. Now, I prioritize reading labels and managing my condition. Cauliflower rice is a better choice than regular rice. Mindset plays a significant role, and I’m thankful for every morning. Keto fasting, regular walks, and staying active have been beneficial. God is good.

    • @steadfast20-4-26 on December 30, 2025 at 2:06 pm

Try heavy meat-based or carnivore and reverse that diabetes altogether. It’s so worth it 🙌

    • @cameronpresley5771 on December 30, 2025 at 2:36 pm

@steadfast20-4-26I was going to say go carnivore. The type 2 will disappear along with other issues one might have

    • @Donnie.Vincent1973 on December 30, 2025 at 3:45 pm

Yeah those starches will get you, even deleting sugar from your diet. I am curious about the flavor of that cauliflower rice taste like..? I don’t eat much sugar at all, but the pasta’s are what get me. I just turned 52 and things are changing pretty fast, and not in a good way.

    • @steadfast20-4-26 on December 30, 2025 at 3:50 pm

@Donnie.Vincent1973 plenty of butter and salt. I ate it all the time on keto…but quickly learned it was keeping me from healing many ailments,

    • @Donnie.Vincent1973 on December 30, 2025 at 3:58 pm

@steadfast20-4-26 I have pancreas issues, so I should probably not do that. I normally suffer from a pancreatitis attack about every 2-3 weeks. I am pretty cautious about what I eat. Thank you..

I vote for Dr Berg to be the new Head of the HHS instead of the lawyer we currently have .
Thank you, Dr. Berg for trying to keep America healthy.

    • @Rman_01 on December 30, 2025 at 3:46 pm

Not only in America but almost everywhere. I am from Balochistan, and for almost two years, I have been following him and have learned many good things, and I still don’t know where he is from.

    • @davidjudd951 on December 30, 2025 at 3:59 pm

You have no proof, that the new Head of The CDC is incompetent.

    • @buckie48192 on December 30, 2025 at 5:17 pm

@Rman_01 I believe he lives in Virginia.

    • @user-pk7lm4uk7y on December 30, 2025 at 5:55 pm

@davidjudd951 there is no need to prove anything to you, just like Republicans don’t require proof to any of their claims

Thanks for sharing, very important fact.

  18. @cherylecooper906 on December 30, 2025 at 3:49 pm

I have to say, Ginger was a game-changer for me when I was dealing with severe digestive issues (i.e., SIBO, food allergies, etc.) a few years ago. CLOVE, too. This video is a great reminder for me to return to my Ginger protocol to help with on-going detox and digestive hiccups. Plus, all of the other good benefits he mentioned here. Thank you, Dr. Berg! ❤🙏

  19. @bunberrier on December 30, 2025 at 3:49 pm

Idk about all that. May be true, may not be. What I DID notice eating a bite of ginger each day was it is its great to do if you feel hungry, it seems to calm that feeling, and there is a very pleasant sensation in the stomach after. He called it a warm feeling. I absolutely notice that every time. So for me its tasty, pleasant feeling, puts off food cravings.

  20. @α.ελληνικά on December 30, 2025 at 3:52 pm

Wonderful information. Thank you so much, Dr Berg. Wishing you all the best ❤
