Warning Signs Your Body Is Deprived Of Protein

I find constantly that individuals consume too little protein. This is mainly because you are consuming too many carbs, too much sugar, and too little protein.

I’ve shared many times in the past the formula I use for protein intake.

1 gram of protein per 1 pound of body weight (ideal body weight) if you are exercising and trying to gain muscle.

Or….

.8 grams x ideal body weight….

You may be fat off from this number and look at it saying to yourself… that’s too much!

I recommend getting as close as you can and working to hit those target numbers.

      Meat proteins are often hard to observe by body
      I prefer doing a two day fast on water
      Later eating a hand full of high protein low carb seeds which gives me lots of adrenaline and so energy throughout the week
