    I take 50,000IU D3/k2 that are made with coconut oil and magnesium. My fibromyalgia is gone

      First choice should be nutrition-based as in food, properly sourced eggs some cheeses. It’s best food first and then supplements. K2 and d3 go together like peas and carrots.

    I take pharmacy grade D2 50,000IU once a week which turns into D3 .. I also make sure when I take it it’s with a fat ..

      Im african German 🙂 recently found a heavy deficiency of vitamin D. Now I’m taking 20000 ie (with all the cofactors, magnesium, ect) daily. How much do you take?

    Took just 1000iu D3, with the cofactors. It always always gave me ectopic heart beats. I am at my wit’s end.

      My own guess is a lack of Magnesium 420 mg per day and Potassium 4,700 mg per day and you also must have SALT

    Anything the Government say to eat i just do the opposite. I recommend reading “Health and Beauty Mastery” by Julian Bannett that book is a real eye opener about shocking stuff health industry is doing! I completely changed my habits
