Yes! When I was in a wheelchair for about 3 years due to severe joint pain, a nutritionist helped me get back on my feet. Doctors, after drugs and physical therapy failed, said, “It’s all in your mind. Get up and walk!”
Doctor you started out saying take Vitamin D. But, the vitamin D, we should be taking is Vitamin D3, with K2, MK4 and MK7. Also, a person should take at the minimum 10,000 IU’s, of Vitamin D3, everyday.
Yes, that is still Vitamin D.
You don’t know the minimum someone should take because you don’t understand their climate and lifestyle. Recommending a higher dose like 10,000 is not suitable for everyone.
Lastly… look at the vitamin D I recommended and it covers all those details.
